So I wanted to do parkour in Rio (not MM) then i made it private, because of jerks coming in the game and spam-killing me with Gauss. So then i chose summer day, because so i could see obstacles and make a path. When i entered the game it was summer night, for some reason... So i drove around, trying to get past the border. But then i remember there was another path on the opposite side. So I drove up the grass (Opposite side of the beach) and then i saw.... A Tank with some unknown paint it was like muscles, He had it looked like M2 Ricochet With M2 Dictator. I Was very scared so i left the game. When i went to play a normal match i spotted him in the bushes. So then i  really got scared. So i left tanki online for a day, then i came back and he was nowhere to be seen! Good ending? no it isnt!!! So my friend over discord told me that there was  this M2 Ricochet with M2 Dictator and this muscle type of paint. At that point i understood. It was a hacker probably it explains why the texture, But which hacker would not give themselves Max armor?

Type down what do you think why he didnt.
