Anybody else feel you should get rewarded for successfully catching a hacker? I feel it would have an impactful force on cheating if more people were incentivized.

A decent amount of work goes into successfully proving a hacker case. You have to have recording software, you have to happen to have said software running while you play and spot a hacker, and once you're convinced somebody is hacking you basically have to trail them the rest of the game and know what to look for to get any decent type of video evidence which throws your whole match away.

Then you need to upload a video to youtube and share it to the russian tanki forums and hope they are convinced. This takes diligence to accomplish correctly. I'm not asking for anything big, maybe a couple thousand crystals or a single container or something. Any thoughts???

Battle Moderators are already in charge of catching and banning hackers. If players are causing problems in your battles, including hacking attempts, simply report them with the in-game feature, and Battle Moderators will control the situation, and your "reward" will be not having to deal with the same offender in future battles. The primary incentive of reporting a hacker is the satisfaction you feel afterwards and the fairer game you have made. If players are given the crystal incentives, there would be many fake hack reports (or even staged hacks on alt accounts). 

 

However, I will qualify my response here saying that I agree that the current anti-hacking procedures are extremely poor. As many players experienced from the gold event on the New Years Map, many dictators were using such pseudo jump/backflip hack and then leaving asap right after they catch the gold. There should be increased battle moderator presence during those events. It's expected that not a single player records their gameplay unless they knew it was important beforehand.
