Bring back the limitless GS.

Recommended Posts

Whether it was a bug or intentional, that limitless GS was useful. It showed what kind of power that player with 9999 GS really had.

Mythborne has a similar feature in BR (Battle Rating). It was really useful in figuring out just how strong a player was.

So I think the limitless GS should be brought back.

But it was actually very useful. Don't see why it needed to be removed.

Besides I don't usually request for removed features to be returned UNLESS if I saw potential in it. And the limitless GS has potential.

The potential won't matter if the maintenance cost is higher than the output. In this case, the unlimited GS isn't showing any potential in improving game dynamics, and is leeching a certain amount of maintenance. With the GS system in a limited and accurate form, you can get a clear idea of how modified a player's tank is, I don't really see why it needs to be reverted, where someone with 9999 GS is the same as someone with 12K GS.

No it's not.

Someone with 12k GS has more power than someone who is just short of 10k GS. Not only that, but it's a very significant difference.

I don't see how having 9999 as the maximum GS is any worse. It's not like players with 9999 actually have higher GS but it's limited to 4 digits. That's not the case - they simply have the highest possible GS, which is 9999, so anyone at the same level is equal, while anyone lower is generally weaker.

LOL, it was a bug so the calculation was all wrong, you cannot use this fantasist GS data to make a judgement.

Plus limitless means that there no limit to a player's equipment power, well according to the wiki MK7+ is the highest, so it has to be reach a plateau (which is 9999).

The efficiency measurement (on the rating page) could be a differentiating factor between 2 players with same GS. It is an indication of the historical game play strength of a player as it evolves depending on your previous battle result history. It would be good to see the efficiency also in the battles screen below or beside the GS.
