Step 1: In the video, she talked about "Euro Championship", which is related to "Football Frenzy Event". This is a quote from the wiki, "Football Fever is an event that goes live in conjunction with major football events in real life, like the FIFA World Cup or the Euro Championships."

Step 2: If you look carefully, there should be a logo of a phone on paint "Portugal". If you click in, you will see a "+" sign, which is suggesting you to enter the country code of "Portugal". It is "351".

Step 3: Next, the website asks for "employee's extension number", which is 7 for Russia. Enter "7" into the blank space. Now, you will need a new password.

*I am unsure of this step, but it is logical*
Step 4: Tanki Online also mentioned about the "brightest event in 2020", again from the original post. In the video, she also mentioned about the olympics. Gathering these 2 information, we realise that there would be Olympics held in Tokyo this year.

Step 5: Search for all the paints that are related to Japan, Tokyo, the event and their culture etc. We get 3 results. "Mount Fuji" paint, "Holiday Lights"/"Holiday" paint and "Sakura" paint.

Step 6: If you click into each of the paints, and hover your mouse over to the left of the name of the paint under the picture of the paint, you will see a dot. Click all 3 dots and it will bring you to 3 QR codes. The numbers that you get from the code are "09", "08" and "18".

Step 7: Since the numbers are "09" and not "9", we can think of it as a date. August 9, 2018 is the date we get. By going to an update on that date, with this link, https://tankionline.com/en/2018/08/balance-mm-sandbox-smoky-xt-new-paints/, you will find an underlined "Tankers?" text at the front, which leads you to a puzzle.

Step 8: When you solve the puzzle, it reveals a very faint morse code that reads "SPRINTER". Enter this as your password in the blank from before.

Step 9: The picture in the middle shows Rio Parkour, the one on the left shows a Parkour game called "Mirror's Edge", which is a parkour game, and the one on the right shows David Belle, the founder of "Parkour".

Step 10: Answer is "Parkour"

NOTE: I am REALLY SORRY that I told the wrong answer to the stream, I would like to bet that more than 200 people entered the wrong answer, including those from the Russian Community. Today was a really long stream, with a record breaking of about 7 hours and 15 minutes. I was really tired, it was hard to think. I will try my best for the next 3 days! Let's see what we can accomplish tomorrow!

THE GAME 2020 DAY 3 EXPLANATION

Step 1: In the video, she showed a recording tape with the words "Material Girl Madonna". Hence, we go to this website. https://tankionline.com/en/media/

Step 2: If you click into "Music", there should be a hyperlink on the word "PLAY", under the title "Music for GAMErs". It leads you to https://tankionline.com/pages/2020_winter_game/bmsgkxadlwon3_2/

*I have no explanation for this step, it was achieved using brute force. However, the number of times "Neh", "Nah" and "Ney" that were in the lyrics is close to half of the number you have to enter into the blank.
Step 3: You will see the name of a song "Vaya Con Dios - Nah Neh Nah". For "Neh", enter "36", for "Nah, enter "76" and for "Ney", enter "32".

Step 4: Now, you get a blank that requires a password.

Step 5: In the video, she also talked about music cassettes, and a picture of a music cassette can be see on the paint "Synth-pop".

Step 6: If you go to the "Appearance" section of the paint, you can see 3 broken texts that when combined, gives you a link. The link is https://tankionline.com/pages/2020_winter_game/pbdnxanmiuxk3_1/

Step 7: Then, the site asks you to fill in the blank for the lyrics given. With some googling, you should be able to get to the last page. It then gets stuck, and the words "seasons", "they will", "change", "Life will", "make", "you" and "grow" are highlighted. 

Step 8: If you combine the words, you get a line of lyrics from the song "Imagine Dragons - Birds". The keyword here is "Dragon" as it is related to Tanki Online.

Step 9: Enter "Dragon" into the previous blank mentioned earlier. You get a final image of 3 people. The one on the left is Hammer of Thor, who is closely related to Zeus if you do some research. The second person is Zeus (Hercules), and the third person is Harry Potter, where Zeus is an owl who played Errol in Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets.

Step 10: The answer is Zeus.

Those numbers...okay... I did some searching and found a website that matched the number of neh's, nah's, ney's. It's a fan site http://daniklein.narod.ru/lyricsE/owls/nahneh.htm   and only count the neh, nah and ney's in the lyrics.

But ll the other lyric sites have different numbers of neh, nah and ney.

 

I thought Thunder was the answer but Zeus makes sense too.

Apparently the answer I gave EVERYONE for today might be slightly incorrect.
You see, I talked to Ghost Animator after the stream and he told me that the picture on the left shows Thor, who is the god of THUNDER. The one in the middle shows Zeus, but on his shirt there is a THUNDER badge, and on the right, Harry Potter has a THUNDER scar on his face.

So...

With this new perspective, I am quite certainly sure the answer is now "Thunder". The explanation for "Zeus" is slightly far-fetched, and it would be correct if the small details like the badge and the scar that weren't noticeable at first look weren't there.

For those that haven't answered, you should enter "Thunder" as the answer.

For those that did, I'm sorry, I also entered the wrong answer. It is part of THE GAME. Good Luck to you and me for day 4.

Lightning would have been more reasonable, since Harry Potter has a scar shaped like a lightning bolt, not thunder. Both Thor and Zeus are the gods of thunder and lightning. Also, the badge of Zeus in the movie Hercules also depicts a lightning bolt and is, according to the wiki, the "symbol of the gods", which that animated character always wears. So no, Thunder is not very close as compared to Zeus. Even Lightning storm would be as likely as Thunder, so time will tell whether Zeus is right or not. Let's hope for the best.
