THE GAME 2020 DAY 1 EXPLANATION

Step 1: Tanki Online gave us a clue in the official forum post even before the release of the video. "This GAME will be in honour of the brightest events of the upcoming year. Keep this in mind as it is our first clue for you, and it will help you in all the riddles. Mindfulness and intelligence will be your main allies. Good luck!".

Step 2: If you go to this website "https://en.tankiwiki.com/Development_Plans", you will realise "brightest events" refer to either "Ares" or "HTML5".

Step 3: The video mentioned that "Maybe the only new will be our V-LOG", at the timestamp "0:37". The video also mentioned that "The link is in the description".

Step 4: If we go through all the different V-LOGs that are related to the 2 keywords, we find that in the description of V-LOG 222, which is related to HTML5, there is a secret link. https://tankionline.com/pages/2020_winter_game/mbjqntdstlte1/

Step 5: Clicking on the link reveals a picture that shows a Mammoth.

Step 6: If we go to the official "Mammoth" wiki page and highlight the entire page, we would find a hidden code "TO0467KS2020OR", which is the password. The text is above the Mammoth M0 picture. We now need to enter another password.

*I am not very sure if this step is correct, but this is my proposed explanation. If you have a better one please comment*
Step 7: In the video, she talked about "Star Wars", which is slightly, just slightly related to "War of Space". https://tankionline.com/en/2019/07/july-2019-the-war-for-space-starts-tomorrow/

Step 8: If you go to that forum page, you will see the logo of a key next to the text "Mars", in the sentence above the 3 distributor paints.

Step 9: Enter the password "Mars" into the page. You will see the final picture. https://tankionline.com/pages/2020_winter_game/vbetfnirgdzi1_3/final.jpg. Only the picture in the middle is related to Tanki Online. It shows the 2019 movie "Chernobyl".

Step 10: The answer is Chernobyl.

The first image:

is from the video game call of duty modern warfare. I checked it by taking a screenshot of it with Lightshot and clicking on "g" to search it on google, and the search was "Call Of Duty Chernobyl" I searched it again to make sure, and the second time it showed "Chernobyl disaster", third search again showed COD MW mission.

 

The second image is from, as shibe mentioned, a TV series.
 

The third one shows a nuclear sign, search "Chernobyl Diaries" on Google, it is a 2012 Russian movie. The logo is a nuclear sign. 

So... according to me all 3 images refer to the same word "CHERNOBYL"
