they release good and bad updates but ppl complain regardless and nver thanks the devs fro the good updates. for ex ppl are compling about OD yet none of them said how fun ODs are. they should thank the devs. they want to remove OD r serious? can u imagine how boring matches will be. 

 

dont be a snowfall and cry at every update even good ones. show your support to the devs for the good updates if all you do is the cry the devs wont care about you and will just see you as a another way to make money

obviously if they just keep ignoring us and some of the really interesting and actually fun ideas that i have read in "ideas and suggestions" which could make this game so much better then by all means just dislike every vid they put out until they fix their game, state your quitting dont buy, dont play MM, etc

Yeah, like when the devs brought back the ability to buy the alterations we want from the garage. Everyone just complained about the price hike instead of acknowledging the fact that they somewhat reverted the removal of ability to buy alterations.

 

I mean yes, it sucks that the price got hiked, the alts still got their buffs from update 600, and that the immunity alts still exist in this game. But can't we at least acknowledge the fact that they realized they were wrong about removing ability to buy alts and reverted it somewhat?

x2. I cant understand how people can complain about OD, really cant see the fun that this fact gives to the game? I see people in most of battles people crying for a weapon or hull and most of time about OD. People that says that u dont have skill just for using hunters OD? or one shoots them with hornet OD. It is part of this game, i have quit this game 5 years ago and came back this year, and trully i enjoy more now than before. Like now i cant wait for tankis birthdays event for example. Other thing is the stupid OP combo vulcan/hornet, putting that aside, for me the game is ok,obviously it cant be 10 times better but it isnt as bad like some says.

The peoples always wants the things easy. I play in legends and i still see people asking for someone to drop a gold??? Like you said, most of the best alts got a buff, and having or not and alt doesnt gives even a great advantage, can make good matchs with no alts. The hull alts is a another thing, those ones for sure give and advantage and thats why they cost tankoins. I dont see many people with that hull alts trully. like 1-2 per battle.

I have played the 2014 version, too. It is true that back then, many players were doing nothing but farming crystal boxes, once a swarm started descending (and until that happened, they were mostly concerned with waiting for it). Many people, but not all people. Some people, for example, used the opportunity to snipe them from the bushes with their Shaft. I used to be one of the latter. It was fun.

Pretty silly way to make money if you ask me. If I were a gave dev and I wanted to profit more from this game, I would've just made more shop bundles.

I absolute hate the decisions of the developers now. Locking drones and other content behind tankoin only containers is not only just plain unfair, but an even dumber way to make money. Not in the conventional sense. People tend to spend more money on things they can earn over time, or at least just a little challenging. The amount of tankoins a normal player receive is just ridiculous. At this point, it seems like the developers are just making a last minute money call before ditching the game, or the super long explanation I wrote on Page 17.

- 2023. Like Tanki X, Tanki Online has officially reached the numbers where the decline of active online players daily is rapidly increasing. Tanki X managed to squeeze out some random updates, but even so, TX required a downloadable Client. Just watch, eventually browsers will not be able to run the HTML5 version of TO. The community will quickly diminish and King Hardcore will release. Tanki X somehow managed to survive 3 years of inactivity, and we now notice the similar patterns demonstrated by TO. Updates are becoming worse and worse. We know the devs will NEVER listen. Just watch, they will deliver a message in the future saying,

"Tragedy hits Tanki! Tanki Online is planned to be discontinued by the end of 2023; due to a lack of active players online and the hefty competition of the video game industry, Tanki Online's inevitable closure is soon to come. Like Tanki X if you remember back in late 2019, we simply cannot keep the servers open due to budget and our bigger community in our newest game, King Hardcore. We want to tell you we are sorry, but hey we had a great 14 years of running! If you had anything you wanted to try out on your accounts, we will give you a promo-code to buy anything like we did with TX. To now switch to King Hardcore, here is a free Promo-Code containing, # amounts of *******, and # of LootBoxes." Something like that.

So to summarize this current state of Tanki Online, TO is now in TX's footsteps, continuous decline of players, and useless major updates. Predictions on TO's closure by 2023, until they somehow turn things around, by making better choice, decrease total game economy to make TO more fun and make game progression more manageable, listen to their communities more instead of reckless self-decisions, and then advertise. Not by doing the exact opposite of the things I listed, and just simply copy-paste popular game features. Once again, I am not trying to offend AlternativaGames. All of these things are always subject to change, but right now, this is sadly, the Current State of Tanki Online.

If you disagree with any of this, your are simply in denial just like the current mindset of the developers, a biased player who had probably dropped more than a cent on the game, or just a fool.

Agreed! During the time crystal boxes were still a thing, most people were focusing on getting crystals instead of being goal-orientated. One could basically equip a medium or heavy hull, camp on a certain crystal box drop-zone and do nothing but farm crystals without contributing to their team during the whole battle. This isn't an extreme example; this actually happened - way too often. 

Besides, the removal of crystal boxes has been compensated by increasing the battlefund. So in the end, we get the same amount of crystals at the end of the battle, just like before. However, now the amount of crystals obtained is equally divided, just like it should be

WHO have given you the right to Act as players spokesman? The act alone of believing what people want or not want and applying censorship to messages by grouping them into one with one general topic is prove enough that you have gone blind to your own actions and their impact. My comment of useful fools is thereby proved to be the reality. I don't bother to discuss this any further as it seems to be a futile effort.  I will just say that I will not play this game during 28th-29th of May as my personal act of demonstration against the unbalanced nature of this game.

@Maf explained really well. He is not deciding for the entire community as he says. He works to keep a controlled community under the developers. However using profane/insulting language on the Forum, or a repeat/similar topic gives him every right to move it where he feels is correct. Like he said, and not just him, Moderators/Administrators here on the Forum do not gain anything from misusing their permissions. I am not sure if they are always right, but there is no need to argue with him to this extent.

Tanki put him at this position in the forum (he did not hack the forum), so you have no choice here, as you signed up to this forum you also agreed to follow its rules, so he can merge topic or move post to be the right place, and you can't change this power. You can challenge his decision in PM, if you think it was not the right place. If then you disagree, you can always contact his boss. This is not a democracy but a community managed by the game owner: two distinct eco-systems.

With the experience of helpers in this forum some useful ground rules on how to better manage the forum have been put in place, and he simply applies them. Your comments are useful for TO, and will not be lost, but as they fall under the same topic of a bigger post, having them under the same subject group avoid cluttering of the forum.

I'm not sure about that. There's 16,965 online right now (16:52 BST). 2000 players is almost 12% of the player count. The total online is also declining.
