Actually, there is one thing that hurts the sentiment of the player; it is that they Ban the players forever from the chat for the reasons scam, flood, etc.

I'm banned for about 5-6 years. But I love Tanki Online so much, and i don't wanna leave it, but the moderators aren't removing my ban though I have requested many times.

If you loved it so much what did you do severals things that Tanki does not like?

As a part of the helpers team, I can confirm that we avoid banning players until we have no other option left at our disposal. We have to make sure the game's environment is balanced for everyone and that nobody feels uncomfortable about something that someone else said or did which is morally incorrect. If you think you have been banned unfairly, you should contact the administrators. Publicly highlighting the issue would not be beneficial. Once again, moderators only issue bans when necessary.

Well, you should try discussing with @Defender or @Hate

I think that Tanki has definitely gone down hill from past times (no offense Tanki), but it's definitely not the worst game (or the worst Tanki could be), either - and for that I am greatful. In Tanki it is still possible for Players who do not buy to play, and actually achieve something, but it's certainly harder than it should be. I also think that "drugs" and overdrives simply ruin Tanki's old simplistic (however great) gameplay, and it kind of ruins the point of strategy. Think about it. Back before "drugs" and overdrives were a thing, Players would actually come together, like a good team and community, to think of a strategy to accomplish a common goal between their individuals. Now all you have to do is spend a little money on Tankoins, spend those Tankoins on supplies, kits, crystals, containers, and the whole lot, and simply drive your tank through the battlefield and press shift every few minutes (like two - three minutes), and pressing the "drug" keys more often than that. That's what this game has come to (unfortunately), and it makes me sad, especially when I compare it to its peak only a few years ago.

I am not aware of the cause of these "degrades" in the game, but if they continue Tanki Online will land on the same "runway" Tanki X did - and that would make more than just me sad. I really hope that this game improves, and if not to its old state, an improvement from its current state would be sufficient enough, at least for now. Progress takes awhile, and I'm not expecting anyone to go off the board (so to speak) to take their time to make the game better, even if I (or any other) would want that, because everyone has a life too (and please understand that I am not implying that fixing Tanki isn't a life, I just don't want people spending all their time trying to fix it, although a fix would be appreciated all the same, and not just by me). I hope that some way or another Developers of this game get the message of "Players first, money second" - Because I am almost certain that that's what it's all about.

Let's look at another Company like this, shall we? Anyone heard of Bungie here? Well, for those who haven't (or haven't heard this story), I have a little story to tell about its downfall, which is pretty much under the same (but at the same time different) circumstances. Bungie was originally loved by its Playerbase for its desire and commitment to the community. However, as time went on, they started getting fixated on getting money, and they started contracts with bad Companies who had bad influences on pretty much and game Company that ever made a contract with them. They also fired one of their best music making employees because the Company they made a contract with replaced the Employees music for an ad with super crappy techno music, and the result was his "Letting Go".

Another famous Employee left because he said Bungie was no longer fixated on making the community happy, but it was fixated on making bad content and locking it behind paywalls. This is only a short version of the story, and I'm sure I left a whole ton out, but now Bungie is no longer looked at as the community loving Company it once was, it was looked at as a horrible Company that was so greedy for money that there was a "feature" in one of their games where, even if you did pay money for something, you only had a 50 - 50% chance of even getting it. This is, on a different level and a few different circumstances, what Tanki is doing. They are starting to forget the most important part of the game - the Players, the community, and they think that money is more important, so they are now putting "paywalls" in the game. I mean no offense to anyone in this post, I am simply stating the obvious truth in my opinion. I hope that Tanki will burst through the gray stormy clouds into the open wonderful sky some day.

Pardon me, if I have made grammatical mistakes.

If you got banned for scam, flood, you deserve at least a 6 month-1 year ban. Forever bans to me are a bit harsh, unless you have done it like MANY times

similar to what I said about AlternativaGames vs Supercell Oy comparison. Tanki Online should take notes from other game companies and instead of copy-paste ideas, focus on fixing game economy, which makes no sense at the moment, while making everything in the accessible to free to play players.

There is a difference between buyers having advantages vs buyers having unfair advantages.

Edit: Anyone else paying attention to the poll question about meta turrets? RIP Twins + Striker. Vulcan + Gauss still too strong

What will the new turret name + mechanics be. Please dont be no-skill OP like Gauss ?

The chat is full of young people that would gullible everything, so it has very restrictive rules. In the end it is a very enjoyable chat.

oh no i am very sure that mods must do what they must do..... ones which have common sense at least. "Think" of the circumstances for the ban. i wouldnt mind being banned for a day if the reason was fair. But impersonating a mod?  i just told one guy i was a mod in disguise.  1 day ban?

I am sure you thought it was funny at the time you did it, however you did not really think it through. Like in real life impersonating someone else as repercussion, so good learning for you in the end. This infraction is covered in the games rules https://tankionline.com/en/rules/

Spoiler

2.4. Actions that will lead to (at the Administration’s discretion) a temporary limitation of access to the Game’s Chats and Forum for up to 24 hours (ban) or an official warning

One day ban should have gave you enough time to reflect on your action.

Yeah, but I just said I was a mod only, I didn’t name any other mod. And if I was a mod that question mark sign or something would have appeared next to my name so it would be pretty much obvious...

And ok maybe it was against the rules but for that small thing maybe a warning would’ve been better as in the rules...

That is something between you and the mod to discuss.

if you had the "question mark sign or something" then it would not have been impersonation ?

Well, I didn't say it had to last... I was just saying that when Tanki ended, I didn't want it to end like how it is or worse than it is now. That would, as said previously, make me sad.

Another thing. The Adrenaline Augment. It is GARBAGE, it should be renamed to "Quick Energy Drink" Or "Near death." I will never recommend using it.

No one has said anything about Shaft until now. So no one else has a problem with it.
