I wanted to buy for € 99.99 the special offer "1.000.000 cristals + 10 days premium + 500 supplies" but then I read "This item can only be purchased once. If purchased a second time, instead of the items in this pack, you will receive compensation in crystals. Compensation for this item: 17.400 taincoins".

i don't remember if I bought this item in the past, therefore I won't purchase this item, because with 17.400 taincoins I could only buy roughly  700.000 crystals and no days premium and supplies.

TO should warn the buyer if he bought already that item, because he can't risk to have much less than he purchases.

The way it worked in the past is that once you buy something that could only be bought once, leave the shop, and come back, then the item will be removed.  I think the warning is only relevant if you buy it and stay in shop and then buy it again.

You receive your crystals immediately upon taking the gold boxes. After taking these two gold boxes, assuming that both were regular gold boxes and not containers, you are 2,000 crystals richer. Congratulations!

So, I caught a regular gold box in the celebration battle, and forgot to send a screenshot. Does that mean I'll get the rewards from the gold box (1000 crystals)?

Yes, but not the rewards from the contest.

coinbox is a joke ?

They were previously WAY overpowered, so they had to reduce the rewards to help balance the gap between buyers and free-to-play players.

Spoiler

Personally, I have a low account that was the rank of Warrant Officer 5 during the New Year's celebrations, and I spent $30 or so on Tankoins, bought Coinboxes at the time with them, and continued buying Coinboxes until I ran out of Tankoins. By that time, I had 10,000 of each supply, and I had gained 1.5 million crystals. I bought some good equipment with those crystals, and I was/still am the strongest tanker in every battle I played, without a doubt.

devs should not drastically change something... cannot they do it in a smoother way ?

The change is only drastic because the original update was widely out of balance, and with the updates that balances things out, it shifts back to being balanced, but that is such a drastic difference again, so it feels completely different. In reality, the game before the overpowered the update, and the game after a balancing update, are pretty much the same, just the highly out of balance update in between is the major difference.

Unfortunately, there is not too many ways the Developers can prevent such drastic changes from occurring, other than possibly adding features progressively, rather than all at once, but that doesn't always work. For example, the shifts in game play before and after the Overdrives update would have been a much smoother change had they added each hull's Overdrive one at a time (such as starting with just Wasp's, then release Hornet's, and so on and so forth), but the game would not be balanced in the eyes of players that don't use the hulls that received Overdrives sooner rather than later, in this hypothetical situation.

that seems to be the trend of recent updates...

1) devs bring new things to the game. ( example- overdrives, certain alterations..*uranium*)

2) they let players exploit OP stuff ( like original mammoth overdrive during april fools last year)

3) they nerf the stuff a bit too much ( like uranium's acquisition time had not been reduced at the time of it's nerf.. it was reduced at a later update)

4) Then they boost it again...
