valid Being able to trade skins

Well, so i am here with my v2 of the trade system for Tanki Online, here's the explanation:

You can trade skins (XT, Prime, Ultra, Legacy) and paints (animated and non-animated)

When you can trade the skins:

- When you get it from Containers and Ultra Containers (no skin container).

- When you get it from promo codes.

When you can trade the paints:

- When you get it from Containers and Ultra Containers.

- When you get it from promo codes.

The only quality paint that you can trade:

- Epic.

- Legendary.

The rest of common, uncommon and rare, can be bought in the shop, so that can't be tradable.

The trades have to be ONLY like this:

Skin = Skin

Paint = Paint

Skin ≠ Paint

You may ask, what happens when you trade a paint for example, what happens to the ratings?

Well, if you trade for example "Flow" paint and you had like 32000 experience with that paint, it dissapears from your ratings, and then it transfers to the other person with 0 experience. And if you trade back your "Flow" paint, you will get back the 32000 experience that you had before.

This system allows players to exchange skins of turrets and hulls between players to get their liked skin  by giving   unused skin and don't make this update a buyer trade system make it an easy non buyer trade system. Many people used to love this system. And this system makes players   satisfied with their good look of tank in game and makes them to play with it more . This system will not make any imbalance in turret stats so no worries and make it   system for non buy . Information once th idea is sent and accepted by devlopers of tanki online and it's truly good system. Allow exchange of any category skins and hulls and turrets for non buyer. Can add trade tokens to avoid massive trades

I believe since it is hard to get skins by people especially non-buyers there should be a feature where we can exchange our existing skins with the ones we want , maybe with a compensation of giving crystals with a skin which is affordable and maybe a rank or/both time limit in which we can do like maybe once in 2 or 3 months or so.
