Video playing error try later

I get this message every time I try to change daily missions "video playing error try later" at one time it was gona i could change missions by playing a video 'watch an ad' but it seems it's back same phone and everything i tried reinstalling the game, clearing cash and even made sure i have enough space in my storage the problem occurs when trying to change daily missions nothing else, i can get another supply crate just find but only once then it stays #hr tell next crate but can't change missions at all only once for free and i either pay crystals or watch an ad and ads aren't plying..  So help?

Since your a mobile player you can skip missions by watching ads. Note the point that these ads are not available each time you click skip. There are a limited video that can be played. This error can also happen when you click skip and the ad is running and you switch off you phone or lock it. If its happening again i request you to refresh the app and try again later.

This problemcan also occur if you have a low/bad network.
