Fair game for uneven team members

If you are in a team with lesser number  of players than the other team it makes the game very unfair for the whole team. In PRO games it is a very likely loss. Yes, one can be on the other side of the situation in an other game so it is possible to say that it effects  everyone the same way. But it still ruins the game experience for many games. Even if you are on the winning side it is bad to see the other team with no chance of winning.  On the loser side players keep quitting realizing the it is a lost cause- making it even worse. Imagine the situations for those who are staying...

The best solution I can think of for this (using  a sport analogy) : some players can remain  "on the bench" temporarily.  The bench  practically  is a FIFO list (First In first out). (The programmers will now what it is)

Who gets benched and exactly when?  After someone in the bigger team gets killed, the player is not allowed back to the game until

      a) that would result equal numbers

      b) or someone in the team  gets killed and frees up an active spot. 

This is no small issue, please send this to relevant decision makers for  consideration,

Tanki Online, and especially matchmaking, is a fast-paced game that people play to get some quick action. No one wants to sit around and wait for the system to put another player into the enemy team so that they can continue playing. The overwhelming majority of players will either lose interest from having to wait "on the sidelines", or will simply leave the battle as soon as MM forces them to wait.

Both options are terrible for the game as a whole, and there are much better ways to solve the issue, such as restricting supplies or increasing respawn time for the whole enemy team.
