I'd rather have stars be earned through a mission system than through battles. And having challenges less often would allow devs to put in more prizes like paints, skins, shot effects, etc, while making them more special and not ruining the quality of the battles as often.

Please add more often discounts on supplies for 50% with crystals, not just in june and december! With 2 challenges per month must to use and more supplies.

50% discounts are scarce because they are supposed to be meant for special circumstances (Such as the birthday of the game, or New Year's). You can't expect there to be 50% sales at just random times during the year, as that would hurt the economy of the game, and would make times where there actually should be 50% sales less special.

I agree, it actually makes the game more enjoyable knowing you are earning more crystals in result you can buy more supplies, etc. especially batteries

Well if completing a daily mission gives like 5 stars and weekly gives 15 stars... u would be able to get 300 stars in 2 weeks ( 1 Challenge now )... which makes the grind less... but it still requires for u to play the game...and if we wanna have Challenges less often... we could make the last for 2 months... and needing to get around 3k stars.

Depends on the difficulty of the mission.

If the mission is to collect 5 double damage boxes, then you'll just get 1 star. If the mission wants you to collect 15 double damage boxes, then you'll earn 3 stars.

 

If the mission is to kill juggernaut once, then you'll get 2 stars, if it wants you to kill juggernaut 3 times, then you can earn 6 stars.

Getting stars by doing mission do not make sens. There is a set amount of mission, per day and per week. It is limited how many stars you can get.
While earning them per battle you can play as long as you want and can. And that's the purpose of the stars/challenges.

1) You do realize that the devs can make the challenges produce an infinite amount of missions, right?

2) this is not what challenges are supposed to be. Challenges are supposed to present different types of challenges. Missions are the best way to make these challenges live up to its name. 

 

When new players see tanki doing challenges, they'll be expecting having to do different things for rewards. When in reality these so called "challenges" are nothing more than grindfests, then they'll be heavily disappointed (and rightfully so).
