What would make the HTML5 version awesome FOR YOU?

I think a spectator mode in parkor that you can move around and change altitude would be nice sorry if this feature is already there i dont know

i started game 10 years ago... had many friends maaaaany friends now i`m playing alone... all left and if i see flash will not be available to open tanki i will quiet and even new friends will quiet too in tanki thanks for destroying game and making for 3-9 years old kids ❤️ 

and last again this html5 got only for kids like from 3 years to max 9 years ? so good luck you guys losing buyers from this game

The shop on the flash version is more vibrant, compared to the gray wall of squares and rectangles

YES. I hate the different screen when the battle finishes. Also, it looks terrible in YT videos.

The medium gray and light green might be nice for upholstery, but they are poor contrast for legibility.  Even the white doesn't contrast with the med gray enough.  The increased size improves this greatly as shown in my mock-up example.

 

Also a small thing but the "Don't bite off more than you can chew" comment is just stupid and condescending while not being funny or even cute (as long as you are adjusting code ? )

  • Keyboard shortcut to go to garage from the main screen.
  • Returning to the battle list after being to the screen where battle details are returns to the start of the list. It should remember the position.
  • In the battle list screen, under the score column, it should show 3 things at least: the score of both the teams in different colors, and the score limit. Only the score which is greater is showed followed by the score limit.
  • In the battle screen, the name of the map should be shown. Players change the name of the battle (or when they are in another language), clicking for the details is inefficient.
  • In the battle categories screen, when scrolling by holding the mouse click and releasing the hold over a battle category starts the timer for a battle for that category, when the purpose was to scroll only.
  • The timer box that appears after clicking the play button hides the crystals underneath it. It does not feel right.
  • Menu for necessary options by clicking on the players' name during battle, not just friend's list.
  • MVP screen just like in TX. So three battle end screens: MVP (showing the alterations and gear score), your own tank screen (rewards screen), killboard.
  • The screen should go Red when the HP falls below 25%, just like in TX.
  • Spacebar to be the default key to select anything in the garage. While spacebar does equip turret/hulls, etc, but it does not open lists in the garage's main screen (turret's, hulls, etc)
  • To be able to highlight battle categories using Q and E, or arrow keys and spacebar to enter it. My mouse's scroll wheel does not work so I have the only option of doing the clink+hold thing. Using the keyboard allows to be faster.
  • If there is a discount on upgrades, it shows up only on the second upgrade button, not the first one which comes up when we go for selecting the turret.
  • Of course, we all know graphics are outdated. But we also know that the devs are working on it

I really wish the devs read my comment. I spent an hour writing it by opening the game in another tab and nit-picking at every possible thing I could imagine. Lol 

 

I actually like the equipment presets idea, I remember TX had that which was much more comfortable switching between equipment. It would be cool if you join a MM battle and the current turret and hull doesn't suit the map or type of match, you can easily switch by going into garage and select a different equipment present you created or they can implement a type of feature that would allow you to change to a different equipment preset from the beginning of the match rather than going into your garage and change there.

Lower the loading time, some times it takes up to 5 minutes

and sometimes the fps is so low, like at 27, I can barely play with that kind of lag

This might sound crazy and impractical but, MOVE YOUR SERVERS AROUND THE WORLD!!! this probaby will help improve game connection... 

at the end of the battle, the "continue/next/leave" buttons are at the bottom of the secreen (I can't put pictures from MY computer... (sigh)) and I can barely ckick them so make the screen size, zoom, scale or whatever you're using smaller so I can actually access the button, this only happens in windows 10 - dell inspiron computer as far as I know

and sometimes tankionline just keeps loading and doesent even reach the login screen

and it takes like 50% performace on both version 

and sometimes it says "cannot load resources"

then sometimes I just land on the game and I'm inactive for like 20 seconds and i just get destroyed, or maybe it's just a self destruct, idk and then though, when that happens, I do no damage, it doesent even show the damage and I have to leave that game and reenter it to have it work again! This is so annoying! it happens like 90% of the time!

change the loading screen (maybe?)

update your solutions for these errors (sometimes they lead to websites that are not working) 

and some things in the Wiki are outdated

add more color contrast

put juggurnaut in pro battle list

access missions to see which missions we have IN battle

add solo juggurnaut (I think I spelled that wrong)

add deathmatch PLEASE!

and add how many crystals and stars you have in battle too

move the position of notifications or add a "ok, close" button to close the notification because it covers up content that I WANT to see

AND MORE! MORE PRODUCT KITS(FOR CRYSTALS!!) LIKE Blood_of_Skiller SAID!! PLEASE!!

The timer in battles is WIERD! damn. sometimes in juggurnaut if one team has like 7 kills of the jugg, then the game stops, is this done intentionally or not? is it like MAX kills or something? I don't want that. I want it to only og based of the timer not MAX kills or something

The score counter or whatever it is called is fine in battles but when, I finish the battle and it shows my score, It shows like a complettly diffrent score? WHAT? (if I got 300xp then it shows 185xp in the end of the battle then in another battle it shows 90xp for 80xp) What is going on here? Are the crystal calculations affected by this? and sometimes if I got more xp and less D/K than someone then why does that someone get MORE crystls that ME?? WHAT IS GOING ON WITH YOUR XP CALCULATOR?? PLS FIX ASAP!

Also, sometimes, the game just randomly crashes, the tanks just rotate or stop or does something continously and then I just aoutomatically leave the game even though I didn't want to and I cannot join any other battle after that. I have to reload the screen which takes a long time.

change the goldbox drop number, like from 6 to 0 because when I am about to use a mine, i sometimes click the goldbox button and I LOSE my GOLD BOXES!! so PLEASE move the gold box button

when I click z button or click "<- z " with the mouse it takes like 20 clicks to actually make it work and then, well, sometimes it goes all the way back and I HAVE to open garage AGAIN If I wnated to make more chages to my turret/hull 

the loading bar should be changed as many others said.

When I dont stay in the battle for like 20 secs, it starts the Auto leave timer. This is fine and I dont care but what happens after that is so annoying. So if i die, and im inactive, The timer starts and i Dont SPAWN!! WHAT??? So I have to wait until i spawn which is basically not going to happen!! WHY?? Either you spawn me while the timer is going or allow the touch of any key to deactivate the timer no mater what.

it looks good but performace matters too, my computer always goes BZZZ!!

Now I'm going to play Goddamn bonk.io! ?

I'll add more as i come across more stuff to improve

Here's my list of desired features that would get me back to HTML5 Tanki.

1) A better optimized HTML5 version.  I've got a 2014 laptop that runs the Flash Tanki client very smoothly.  By contrast, playing HTML5 Tanki just doesn't feel as smooth for me as it was for Flash Tanki.  Additionally, HTML5 Tanki hogs more of my laptop's CPU, making my laptop undesirably hotter and burdening my gameplay further.

2) A resized end-of-battle screen.  I appreciate seeing a breakdown of my earned points (i.e. kills, assists, Juggernaut kills, etc.), but the final score screen needs to be resized such that ALL players' scores and stats are shown.  A small, aesthetic feature, perhaps, but the Flash version simply does these final score screens better.

3) Better UI Colors.  Personally, I'm not a fan of HTML5 Tanki's grays that dominate the color scheme of the UI.  They simply make Tanki look less lively and more generic and boring.

I do not know if it has been said before , i just post my issues , and i not played a lot on HTML .

Turret rotation totally different , i dont know why it different but it surely feels totally different ( vulcan , havent tried others , but i heard loads of others about shaft movement also )

unclear screens , changing colors OK , but why change the complete layout , its unclear where to push to get to the function you want to see . 

waiting to load says nothing , is it stuck , is it progressing to something ?? Red moving blocks on the corners just all look the same , even if it is crashed . At least with the green beam you saw it progressing , when it was stuck or it froze , or it kept on loading the green beam multiple times , but you actually saw what he was doing .

i guess many others have said similar things also so i keep it at this ...

At least 1st time they have recognised that many still play on flash and that HTML got some serious issues with their playerbase . I hope that they fix these things , so most of us can move on to HTML , since i do realise Flash is old software . I am sure if html works similar like flash , most if not all people do not mind changing . That a large amount of people still do not do it has a reason .

Here are my thoughts

- Gold box notification in the middle of the screen

-Chat at the bottom left part of the screen

-The rank badge in battles is too big

-More (or all at one time)  product kits available to buy with crystals

-Gifts available to send and receive

-Top interface in battle (garage, crystals, friends, clans, settings)

That is all!!!!

Overall i like HTML5 but i think these changes might make it better. ?

Okay here are my biggest issues:

-The interface. I hate to be like this, but I really don't like it. It feels like a whole different game. It reminds me of the mobile version, and I  like a smooth pc game. The thing that sets Tanki apart from other games is the element of smooth, clean play, without many [check this] [change weapon] etc. the interface takes away from this. the old one is good for me.

-Graphics. When you shoot, for example with railgun, it just disappears into the wall. Not shot hole. The graphics seem to be lowered a lot, and it just feels different, not the same beautiful game this community knows and loves.

-No download. This is pretty simple, but the download is the flash version, and it runs better fo my computer if it is downloaded, as I have to play on chrome for the html5. To be honest, if you made a html5 download, I would probably play it.

-The garage. The new home thingy with the tank is really cool. But the garage is just a tank... sitting in the air? it isn't as cool as the old one.

What i do is change my gold box trigger to "]".... a bracket.

Now u wont lose your gold

Essentially this is what a good comment is - Last nice thing correlated with tanki online (aka flash)? It need tu goo asap brooou.

 

Developers added fancy colors but lost players. Therefore me needs more lights, eureka! ? ♿

Fix the weird camera rotation.  It is different from flash.  That is my main request, years of muscle memory has to be relearned.  

Oh, and make the R/V button work.  Or is there another way to check someone's alterations and protections when face to face? It takes far too long to check the tabs and find the same name.  I don't think we can even know what alteration they're using until they shoot.

Hi there!  Here are my problems and suggestions for the AWESOME but somewhat faulty HTML5 client:

  • Lag Chronicles:  Minute or longer waiting time to enter battle.  As soon as I get into the battle queue, I sit and wait for about a minute while the battle goes on.  When I get in, I lag severely for about 40 seconds, then can participate.  By that time, the battle has four minutes left and I have self destructed multiple times unwillingly80% of the time I finally get into the battle, and then I can't do damage with my turret.  This will happen in multiple combinations.  I then lag severely back in the garage.  XD
  • HTML5 is not compatable with Razer Cortext.  This boosted my game performance in the Flash from 20 to 40 fps.

If you fixed these issues alone, I would be happy.  Thank you!

To be honest, i didnt like anything of the html5 version. Everything is so complicated. Game interior is so confusing, specially the scoreboard, and theres is no option to see the protection and alt of oppositions. And 1 more thing is game ends 8-9 sec early i think ?

1-html version its diferent of the  client system the way we need acess  all (garage,missions...)its  complicated to understand and to have easy acess
2-Too mutch time to go garrage during a battle
3-The  way we aim  would be better  iff was like the client version

Well thats it see you all in the battles

The shadows and overall graphics quality (except the fps cap) is much better in the flash version, if you could improve the html5 graphics I'd want to use it a lot more
