What would make the HTML5 version awesome FOR YOU?

Here is my personal suggestion :

1)  The sensitivity on the HTML 5 server for the tank is bit too high. During XP/BP matches you can feel the high sensitivity. In the flash server the correct sensitivity is there and         you can play the game with ease. Honestly speaking i do not like the camera behaviour and the tank sensitivity in the HTML 5.

2)  There are more than enough bugs in the HTML 5 version. ( Ik its a new version so its gonna take some time.)

3)  To make missions visible in between matches so that we can see how close we are to complete the task.

4)  You guys should understand that there are tons of mobile players like me, so its really hard to go to the computer each time to create a new map so that we can play with my       friends. I love the tanki in the mobile version and have got really adjusted with the controls, but this no MM policy is a limitation.

5)  The shift key and the R and V buttons that were there in the flash version were more user friendly and HTML is nowhere near user friendly.

6)  The buying gift section has disappeared and no longer available ( this is disappointing since i was a player who used t buy gifts.) 

 

        LAST BUT NOT THE LEAST , TRY MAKING THE HTML 5 VERSION MORE SIMILAR TO THE FLASH VERSION IN TERMS OF CAMERA AND SENSITIVITY

         AND MORE USER FRIENDLY.

 

ALSO, this game was created so that the players would be kept happy, so please try your best to implement our ideas.

I reckon dear tanki online, to make the html5 update also for rich players in real life :), like every month need to spent atleast 20 euros/dollars that your account doesnt get banned for ever.AND ALSO make these "bullets" buyable, every time you reload in game, u gotta pay atleast 5 dollars to get the bullets ready ;)

Would be nice to get MORE money for you and ur ****ty group huh?  you are all cheap cunts and just down for the money so please consider this twice.
And btw, for the awesome group of yours: make the game back to old days or then kill it 100%, the more people spend money for ur virgin-asses, the more you fk things up. 

Thats just my opinion, ban me if u dare, or check atleast how much money ive used on ur dying game and think the banning again, dont give a fk to be honest <3.

html5 is inferior for many players , i understand you need it  to go but there is no contest at the moment.Notably , many "pro" videos are stil in flash if you notice...
For me , colors are "too flashy" , really too much  and image is flickering , i can not see the sorround ambient well and i have a gtx 1080 ti which is an high tier videocard so not a graphic problem of mine .
The client:buggy , same problem as web , plus it does not start at all many times .Unusable.

Technical game  aspect ( differences) :
in flash you can change equipment after being destroyed and SPAWN OUT immediately WITH new equipment with no further autodestruct .
In html5 you -almost- always need the autodestruct countdown (even if already destroyed ) and that ruins your score , and steal additional time. Change in equipments are also slower ( loading time)
The sensitivity i did read speak up must be connected to camera stuff or microlag actually , but yes is different and people who play "stir " game shooting laterally moving turret have big issues( guess most of  "pro "players who use turrets very well notice it better)


is overall pretty inferior to flash .You should at least implement a color correction . Flash get errors , true , but otherwise it would have been perfect( lags apart , but those are even worst in html5) . Literally impossible to do a well turret turn playing like with freeze and so on.
I try daily both and my score is so different and the smoothness of the game is not comparable yet.
?Why dont you test the game through a proxy so you can experience the difference in lag like "playing from norway, england ,spain , blah blah?) .

Edit:another weird thing with every client in Jugger mode i  noticed that always wanted to ask:
If you use twins and jugger opponen  overdrives close to you ,  very often twins tank SELF DESTRUCT if is shooting . this happenso only with twins , is it  intentional?

I don't like how the camera moves. The camera kind of drifts too fast. And also, I don't like how when I click on a battle, it changes to an entire different screen and I have to click the back button in order to go back to the battle list. Everything else seems to be ok. It just takes some time getting use to since we have had the same Flash interface for such a long time.

Didn't know this!  Thanks!  This has helped the interface a lot...I set it to the lowest setting and it made the obnoxious OD and radar much less intrusive.  It also made the names on Tanks a better size. 

 

The one problem that I've found so far with making the interface smaller is in CP (there may be other problems, but I haven't played anything else yet).   Even at 100% the CP point indicators are much much too small and instead of being static and filling up like they do in flash, they jump around from side to side when a team captures the point...they are very hard to follow even at full size interface, on the 75% setting they almost disappear.

Make the CP point indicators at the top of the screen static, larger, and have a filling animation exactly like they are in Flash.  At the very least larger.

Why does the lobby (initial screen with your Tank) move around now?  Is the camera guy supposed to be drunk and reeling from intoxication?  Is it a slow moving earthquake?  Maybe a psychedelic experience before going into battle?  Or does the camera motion in the lobby prepare you for the sickening motion of the battle in HTML?  If the panning effect actually gave you a different perspective of your tank it might be kinda OK, but all it does is seethe and has a seasick feeling to it.  The motion is not needed and is completely unrealistic...it' just weird.

 

Get rid of the motion in the initial garage screen.

Hi, I have a lot of ideas that would be able to help you to make the HTML5 version better... Here's a list of the stuffs I'm thinking about currently :

_We need to be able to add friends in battle, by clicking on their nickname... Also to vote them (etc.) like on the Flash version

_We should be able to see our missions from battle

_IMPORTANT ONE: It would be so far better if we could select our type of camera... If we could choose between the Flash camera (more stable) and the New HTML5 camera

(more dynamic), that would solve a lot of people's problems...

_We have to be able to check our stars amount, and our progression in the challenge while we are in battle

_We MUST be able to open containers from garage/battle... Not ONLY from the main menu... PLEASE (Same for the shop !)

_It would be VERY good for A LOT of players if we could TRY different skins... Like a little place from main menu which allows us to equip any skin/paint with any equipement... It would REALLY BE NICE FOR US to have a such FITTING ROOM... Not a laggy one like in the Wiki (in which the animated paint of the tank doesn't move, the quality level is very low - the tank is blurry... Oof)... I swear it would be much better if that existed.

_We should be able to accelerate/skip our containers opening... Like put on x2 speed of opening, so it takes longer to open many containers, OR, we can even skip it : free choice to us - that would be nice

_It could be awesome if we could also change the interface in battle... Like in Tanki X when we could switch it. Imagine : the first interface is like it is right now, and the second one would be a little bit more like Flash interface, with crystals, stars amount and garage at the top screen (in battle). AND YEAH, the experience bar as well !!! We like to know how far we are from ranking up while we are blasting tanks into the afterlife !

 

 

*IMPORTANT* : I don't know why exactly, but as someone said before : it takes a while to switch between places, like when we're in the main menu and go in garage - it takes a long to load... Yep, but that's not all -> The game is really laggy to the players who don't use a very good PC... You have to take in count the fact that everyone isn't able to get a very good PC so, it can really lag... Me, for example, when I enter a battle, the screen is stuck on the same image for a while before anything is able to move, then I see that it is at thousands PINGs (max for me was 9999 PINGs and 0 FPS and I got screenshots), even tho I'm at the lowest graphic quality level. That's not all : 1/2 battles I get a bug/lag like "no damages" bug, or white/black/gray screen when I join the battle, or non spawning tank... There's a lot more bugs I could write, but it could take a long...It would be nice if you could make a way to let us play without those big lags. 

 

That is all... I hope that will really help you, and that you will actually read my post at least... Trust me, some of these changes would be very liked by most of the players in the game, and would help us to switch faster from Flash to HTML5, although it is an hard step because we liked, we loved, and we still love our good old Tanki graphic and interface... Also these green and dark gray colours from Flash will miss us when we'll move to HTML5 with all these modern gray everywhere :/ By the way, everyone isn't always able to buy stuffs... Sounds like you prefer 100 big buyers in the game than 50 000 non-buyers with "some" buyers in it... It would be much better to highlight the non-buyers, because they are almost all quiting the game seeing that everything becomes buyable and that less and less stuffs are available for normal players. Don't forget please, that Tanki Online was, and IS STILL first a game, not just a business... ANYWAY, thank you for letting us writing to you, about things we'd like more in the game. I hope as you don't imagine that the game will become better instead to lose value and will come more popular again,bringed out back to our eyes.

There are a few things that stop players from switching

1. The Camera: The functioning of the camera makes it difficult to shoot people and the camera in the Flash version just feels much better

2. The screen: The HTML 5 version is far to clustered. People don't wanna play when all they can see is whats not in the game.

3. Damage: I often find I am not doing damage to player (no its not because of spawn killing) Fixing this would be nice

There is no UI indicator telling me status of he flag. In flash, you just need to look if the tiny flag icon is flashing. Also, half of the time after I click play, it just loads for 2 minutes and then puts me back in the garage. This is the dealbreaker for me.

After restart flash is not working, and HTML5 is frustrating.

First of all I have been unable to find where the HTML client can be downloaded so I'm basing this off of the online version. It's certainly not all bad but in its current state i much prefer the flash.

 

Pros of HTML version:

- Seeing invincibility time upon spawn

- Hornet overdrive doesn't block your view making it impossible to aim

- Ability to favourite paints

- Scoreboard includes gs

- Able to see scoreboard after game (without being removed from battle)

 

Cons of HTML version:

- Laaaaaaaag... both in game and between garage etc. This is probably partly due to me using a laptop however it is a large reason I'm not switching version at this time

- Camera is uncomfortable and up/down camera controls are much slower

- As much as I like the added detail in the scoreboard... IT BLOCKS EVERYTHING... In the flash version you could easily check how you were going without much fuss, but on this every time you check it, it is impossible to see what you are doing at the same time (Maybe make it so holding v with tab shows the extra info?)

- It doesn't seem that you can see opponent's invincibility when spawning and you can not see alterations equip on enemies (maybe I'm missing something)

Hey! you want to know why I don't play html five??? Well here it is. One it works so slow, two all the kits are for tankoins at unreasonable prices, three you cant  even by one coinbox, nooo you have to buy ten. That is so annoying you are forcing some of us who don't live on tanki to buy which is down right silly. I liked it before all the updates. So maybe just maybe after you fix all that, by making kits more reasonable prices and being able to get better stuff from containers more often, because I have opened hundreds and not got anything awesome..... Sooooo!! You wanted my feedback there it is. Tanki was better before.

You also have to buy tankoins to buy anything in the shop, and earning them from the containers is a joke.... Also the challenges are rigged it is so hard to get any stars and the battle pass is stupid the  buying stars is stupid just drop the number of stars and don't let anyone buy stars which give them an advantage over us who don't buy........!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ah yes, a misinterpretation made by many. Yes, Tankoins from containers are kind of low, and yes a lot of things do need to be bought... But have you ever considered the fact that there are non-buyers who beat buyers with gear, play style and strategy? Although buyers get good gear, strategy will always beat it. Now, players who don't buy actually get more experience with the game because then they can try different aspects of the game that buyers couldn't... But they still end up with a full Mk7+ garage, even though it takes a little longer. Buyers, however, skip most of the enjoyable parts of the game, but just going to the top without working for it... One enjoyable part of the game is a challenge. No, not the monthly challenge you get rewards from, if you were wondering. I mean a real challenge - an obstacle that gets in your way and you have to really try hard to fix and resolve it. Buyers don't have that opportunity, partly because they themselves are commonly the obstacles. I mean, the game would get kind of boring if you knew the outcome of a battle before joining it, you would probably have a better time guessing the outcomes of battles rather then playing them. That's all I have on that topic, below is what I want to see added to the game;

 

I would like longer MM battles, higher gold drop rates, more MM maps, higher Crystal rewards from ranking up depending on the available equipment in the garage for said rank, either the reduce of Tankoins prices in the shop or the increase of the reward of Tankoins, more Crystals after completing battles, and a chance of a nickname change from containers, because paying 20 USD kind of gets annoying, especially with a name like mine (I know it's bad, I was really young when I made this account and I didn't know what that meant)...

 

All that would be awesome, however there probably will be people contradicting me... If so, let's look for a win-win solution! 

 

Also, thank you Developers, for your efforts to make us players happy and not make this game P2W (at least not anymore) - keep it up! ?
