most players who play tanki have potato pc including me. come on now, who will play this p2w game when they have a gaming pc where they can play f2p games like fortnite and pubg and this is also the main reason why tanki x failed because it  needs graphics nd more ram

Tanki X was not for potato PC, definitely not. Tanki online is ideed compatible but it will require more and more resources as the game evolve, with time you would get a potato pc 2.0 and the internet will get faster too.

Hi there,

I am playing Tanki for 5 years now.

For me the best platform is the downloadable client, it is fast and efficient with all the necessary information on screen and I wonder why bother to make things more complicated

The HTML 5 version has the following disadvantages: ( I apologize if they have been mentioned before, but I didn't go through all the 13 pages of this threat)

  • Can create headache/dizziness especially on the point where you are being destroyed. It is true that it gets better the more you play, but still the game at a point becomes tiring .
  • Can become laggy  on older PC (not as bad a situation as it was when it was initially released)
  • You have no indication while in the game if you have accomplished your mission (as the downloadable client does)
  • You have no indication while in the game of the amount of crystals you have
  • There is no way to know in-game what protection you are actively having (on the other platforms it was the V button)
  • Containers have been removed from garage...Don't know if there is a way but seems impossible to see your containers while being in a battle
  • When a battle finishes it takes too long to join another battle, first you have to wait a bit, then you have to press a button twice to move to the next one
  • Radar is a good thing for new players as is the outline of enemy tanks behind obstacles, BUT it eliminates the advantage of surprise towards your opponent
  • During the festive weekend, I have experienced instances where by choosing to continue the same game you were placed in a different battle mode

Regards.

And would you go and read all these pages many times? because of multiple editing posts. I myself have edited my post (on page 5) many many times as It needed some bugs and feed-backs to be included.

Ah yes, a misinterpretation made by many. Yes, Tankoins from containers are kind of low, and yes a lot of things do need to be bought... But have you ever considered the fact that there are non-buyers who beat buyers with gear, play style and strategy? Although buyers get good gear, strategy will always beat it. Now, players who don't buy actually get more experience with the game because then they can try different aspects of the game that buyers couldn't... But they still end up with a full Mk7+ garage, even though it takes a little longer. Buyers, however, skip most of the enjoyable parts of the game, but just going to the top without working for it... One enjoyable part of the game is a challenge. No, not the monthly challenge you get rewards from, if you were wondering. I mean a real challenge - an obstacle that gets in your way and you have to really try hard to fix and resolve it. Buyers don't have that opportunity, partly because they themselves are commonly the obstacles. I mean, the game would get kind of boring if you knew the outcome of a battle before joining it, you would probably have a better time guessing the outcomes of battles rather then playing them. That's all I have on that topic, below is what I want to see added to the game;

I would like longer MM battles, higher gold drop rates, more MM maps, higher Crystal rewards from ranking up depending on the available equipment in the garage for said rank, either the reduce of Tankoins prices in the shop or the increase of the reward of Tankoins, more Crystals after completing battles, and a chance of a nickname change from containers, because paying 20 USD kind of gets annoying, especially with a name like mine (I know it's bad, I was really young when I made this account and I didn't know what that meant)...

All that would be awesome, however there probably will be people contradicting me... If so, let's look for a win-win solution!

Also, thank you Developers, for your efforts to make us players happy and not make this game P2W (at least not anymore) - keep it up! ?

Yes!! Thanks I was just so angry.... I agree with you it does make you better than the buyers, it is just frustrating when they are using tons of supplies, I am saving up for an mk whatever and don't want to spend. It does make you better though smarter, it makes you think. I totally agree with you man.... THANKS!!!!! and also the name problem same... I hate my name. Poochy122 has caught the gold box is just embarasing... I agree with you.

The point was... they give us "free" tankoins weekly - but they are pretty much useless as it takes F-O-E-V-E-R to save enough to buy anything with them.

What aspect of the game can non-buyers "try" that buyers can't?  Pretty sure buyers can "try" anything non-buyers can try...

You obviously didn't read the rest of my post... "Buyers, however, skip most of the enjoyable parts of the game but just going to the top without working for it..." Because of this, a buyers strategy is just use power ups and charge in, nothing really special. Also, the challenge part - games are good because they bring specific challenges, and if you are a buyer then there's no challenge, because you have nothing to work for.

Gotta be honest, that isn’t entirely the truth.  There isn’t much to “experience” if you can afford one or two combos to stay competitive, and buying doesn’t just mean skipping most enjoyable parts of the game, as getting easy kills is pretty satisfying.  Kills are really what drives most of the gameplay, and it’s easier to do that by buying.  Making it easier to kill somewhat removes the challenge, but holding space at at a mk8 mammoth with mk6 Rico isn’t that fun.

There are multiple aspects.  Buyers can also choose to play with weaker equipment/have handicaps.  Basically, F2Ps will have that challenge, while buyers have a choice.

I apologise for any potential repetition, your points are valid and I understand your stance on the paying aspect of the game. I too believe that f2ps can compete, but with staler gameplay. I apologise if this comes off as a rant.

A poll that lists common suggestions would probably be greatly beneficial.  I know that a lot of people are disliking the camera angle, and if it has a lot of votes it could be prioritised higher.

Again - you are just assuming.  They can buy AND work for it.   The two are not mutually exclusive.

You make it sound like buyers can't turn their turrets at 1st Lt.  Sure there might be some like that.  Just like there might be some non-buyers in same position.

And this is the key point.  They may buy to have flexibility on what to equip.   Or for exclusives.  Once you hit mid-ranks, "buying" does not gaurantee success - especially when you end up in a battle vs players 8 ranks above you.  They have same (or better) equipment.  Buyers with skill will succeed.  Those without likely not.

This seems like a more appropriate place to post your ideas for HTML5, as they will receive immediate attention from the Developers.

Good update, but could you make control points appear on the ground, rather than in the air. This bug only appears in the HTML5 version of Tanki Online. Control points are hard to see if someone caps them because they appear in the air, rather than on the ground.
