My account got banned for nothing

So basically, before 18 days my account named Chip got banned for no reason. I remember myself playing in the parkour mode, fighting other clans. Then I got hungry so I logged off my account and went to grab some snacks. When I came back  my account had been banned. I think that a player with the moderator function got mad at me because I fought him and he banned me. I tried to contact tanki online through email several times but they told me that the account return is impossible. Could you please help me with that? That account was legend 11 and the nick is: Chip.

Unfortunately none of the forum users can help you with this matter, if your account was blocked it means it was blocked for a reason. 
You can contact the tech support again and ask them about the reason and in case there is something wrong you can explain to them in the mail, Only the tech support can help you with this matter.

As far as i know your account has been permanently banned by TO.

Firstly people don't get their accounts permanently for no reason. Also defeating the moderators ingame or making them mad because you good at tanki online will never get you banned (I am really sure). 

A reason i think of that your account was banned is maybe because you share your account with a friend and they may have done some pesky business. Tanki never bans accounts permanently unless you have done something really serious.

One thing that you could try now is to contact TO and ask them for a reason why your account was banned. Also you or you friend (second party user) may have abused the game rules in a way its impossible for return.

Now my personal opinion is that , If you really sorry for what you did you can write an apology letter to TO and they may have copassion and resolve this issue.

For now you may play in you second account or start an account to not loose progress.

As everyone says, you need to contact Tanki support via email & ask the specific reason your account got banned. I assume it's something serious like sharing the account or supporting the enemy team continuously (like purposely abusing allay players) or killing in parkour battles
