Tanki Online desktop client issues!

Anyone else having issues with the desktop client? It will load to the main menu with the list of all current active games, but i can barely get into a game. When i click to go into a game the screen will go grey for a good few seconds, then it will show the loading screen but will never actually take me into the game. I tried uninstalling and re installing the game, i reset my computer, reset the modem, but nothing. I know recently there was a Windows update, i wonder if it had something to do with it? Does Tanki have issues running if Windows Defender Firewall is set to on? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks...

Depending on which desktop client you're using you should try the following:

Clear HTML5 Client cache

Clear Flash client cache

Let us know if that helps.

I believe i use the flash version. I just tried clearing it, but that still doesn't fix the problem. I'm still not able to get into most games. It barely gets to the main menu with all the open games. If i click on a game, screen still goes grey for a few seconds and then to the loading screen which loads and loads and loads with no entry to game...This is so frustrating as I'm not sure if it's on my end or Tankis. Nothing really changed on my end so I'm not sure what to do. Was working just fine up to a few days ago.

hmm i use the flash client on windows 10 sometimes it wont load and then i have to use the html5 but 95% of the time the flash works great

When you say use "htm5" are you referring to going on a browser? Or is there a current desktop client for the html5? It's a weird glitch going on here the past few days. I'm realizing now that if I'm in one map playing a game, and i go back to the general game menu of open maps, the game won't load if i try to enter a different map, but if i enter another game with the same map it loads...So weird

their is both a flash and html5 client now as well as the online version of flash and html5, but idk what problem you are experiencing cause its never happened for me

If i go to https://tankionline.com/en/ and click download, it donwloads the regular one i have been using for a while. I don't see an HTM5 version/option. I know playing on a browser has way different graphics and features than the desktop client. I really don't know what the issue is I'm having, but I'm thinking it's on Tankis end. Seems i can't load certain map games, yet others load fine.

To be totally honest there have been so many bugs and glitches with the game on Flash its difficult to propose a solution aside from the ones listed here: https://help.tankionline.com/knowledge-bases/7/articles/2297-i-cant-enter-the-game-the-game-doesnt-load
