How to Prevent Corona Virus (COVID-19)

Before we know the preventive measures we must know what actually this disease is and what is its potential.

COVID-19 is the disease caused by a virus strain that began spreading in people in December 2019.

Health experts are concerned because little is known about this new respiratory virus, and it can cause severe illness and pneumonia in some people.

• The COVID-19 virus was first identified in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China.
• The COVID-19 virus is not the same as the corona viruses that commonly circulate among humans and cause mild illness, like the common cold.
• Formerly, this disease was referred to as "2019 Novel Coronavirus" or "2019-nCoV."

Some of the symptoms are : 

 

• Runny nose
• Sore throat
• Cough
• Fever
• Difficulty breathing (severe cases)
• Sneezing

Some of the measures that we can take to avoid the spread or intake of this disease are :

 

>> Clean hands frequently with alcohol-based hand rub or soap and water

>> Cover nose and mouth when coughing and sneezing with tissue or flexed elbow

>> Avoid close contact (1 metre or 3 feet) with anyone with cold or flu-like symptoms

>> Avoid social meets ( large number of people).

>> Avoid close contact with animals ... dead or alive

 

What has it caused : 

  It has disturbed millions of life worldwide. Lots of schools have shutdown and food industries have closed. It has caused a major rupture in the society and daily routine of people.

  Its now a stage where its not easy for people to out and even buy the needy items. A lot of doctors also have stopped coming to the hospitals which has affected the funtionality.

Well if they are not in the serious column, then they are not in a dangerous position, even though they have not fully recovered yet they likely will.

It depends if you want to have the most alive people or the least people to have died from corona, it is not dangerous to those under 50 in decent health.
