My games are ending at 0:03, and I see in my battles that a lot of other people are also unable to control their tank in the final few seconds of the match. However, there are some other players who continue to control their tank and be able to kill opponents in the final few seconds of the match. Why is this?

Hi there;

Due to the current HTML5 high RAM usage, your connection may not able to play so efficiently. Often you will lag a few seconds behind which generally is okay, unless you lose the last 3 seconds of the battle.

I've experienced this mostly, it might happen due to your computer's slow speed or cache problems or even the browser can be responsible.
I think you should clear the Site Settings and use Fast.com for speed checks. You can continue asking with any Help Consultant like Jay etc.
