Title says it all.

For example, a Major equips M0 equipment into a MM queue to get matched with players around it's rank with weak GS. Then the player simply changes back into it's stronger equipment to have an advantage over the others.

No. MM does not work based on gs.

 

(In fact, MM does not work at all :P)

As @coconuttree has already mentioned above, the Matchmaking System is not GS-based (and never will be due to the very core-flawed logic it would impose), so such an exploitation (or any other in that matter) would simply not be possible.
