If you use the client, the one you are offering standard to play the game, is that flash or html5?

Advertising it to make you visible, if your are not visible people will not know you exist. It is expensive only big company can afford that, so 15-20K is the number you will experience for a very long time. TO was a revolution in 2009, nowadays it is quite common technology, the golden age of TO is in the past unfortunately.
If TO under flash was successful, TO must have done one thing good, they would be able to to that with HTML5 with time. Flash is dead btw.

You might have not noticed but HTML5 does a lot more stuff than Flash, enhance the difference in CPU usage and other parameters. HTML5 is not not a true copy.

I like it when you put the blame on the soviet mentality, it just show how narrow minded and clueless you are. Most of all it just show how frustrated you are. Have a deep breath, close your eyes and visualise a forest.... and lower your expectation.
So many grievance toward TO, and you are still here, do you atone for something?

 

The ones that listen to their customers and produce a stable product, always succeed.  The ones that have crappy product with "an error has occurred" and kicks you out of the game, will always struggle because there are some dumb like you, who probably gets some form of compensation, that support it.  Yes it is the soviet menatlity, even if you are too blind to see it, that has ruined this game.  Again, there used to be 60,000 0 80,000 players in the past now it can barely hit 20,000! What happened to all those players? Which Is more possible: that 50,000 players got bored or that 50,000 players were not willing to take the crap they shove down our throats without taking into account the players wishes?  If that is not soviet mentality, then you do not know what soviet mentality is because you were born in to it and you will gladly accept without protest whatever comes down the pipe.  So now they are making the Titan dome even less useful by taking away its protection from Wasp bombs! Like it is not enough that the dome does not protect you from Hornet's OD now you are not protected by Waps's OD! It is not enough that a hornet rail with OD can oneshoot a Titan within the Dome and a DA! Yeah, I am sure that the players asked for this and that this is not the hairy brain idea of a dumb ass!

Besides I am here just so I can voice my displeasure with Tanki and open the eyes of the noobies so they do not make any mistakes and dump good money into a bad product. If you see my stats,  I am not playing much anymore.  Oh, by the way, HTML5 does a heck of a lot less than Flash when it comes to the game functionality.  Start from the the login screen where you cannot right click your mouse and paste information but you have to use Ctrl-V to do it to the fact that you cannot check your mission progress while you are in the game! Just watch when Flash goes away, how many players will drop out because they cannot play in HTML 5. 

So you main advise is to "lower my expectation", shut up because no one in TO will listen and that this game will always be flawed since TO is a small company.  Well, if you had any clue, you would know that  TO's problem is NOT the size of the company, but the competency of its creators. When you cannot fix your own mistakes, it is not a matter of money and advertising, but a matter of ability and knowledge.  So, I am off now to login to the game so I can "lower my expectations" and  and enjoy the countless "an error has occurred" messages!

I also enjoy seen the likes of you trying in vain to defend TO! It is priceless!

I downloaded the client but no way of telling if it's the HTML5 one or not. 

Nicola, the Flash client has GREEN backround with light green letters.  The Html5 looks much different.

Before MM, almost everything in Tanki was user choice.  MM and the updates to accommodate MM homogenized the game with the same number of players in all battles, most maps becoming more similar to accommodate MM battles, shortened length of battles, etc

I guess by "playing to the fullest" he means that it is fine to get dumped in to a mismatched battle that ends within mere seconds of you entering! There you have the opportunity to showcase your ability to complete a mission of killing 100 opponents for 5 mines and 5 speed boost in battles that last only a short time! A if this was not enough of an obstacle, you have to content with the lag and 2-3 "an error has occurred" messages!  See how creative they are at TO in making the game to be very challenging!

Come on Joeyguy! Do not be ungrateful! Take what they give you! After all THEY KNOW what you want better than you. And if they take that option away, it must be because you do not want it.  You just think you do! After all, you do want a MM system where the teams are never balanced and the game ends as soon as you enter, right?
