excuse me what is this?? won't let me log in with my other account because im not "warrant officier"
But as u can see this account is also not above WO1 but i have no problem with logging in. Please explain?

Also "insert image with URL" is not working..

The Forum's minimum login rank has been decreased to that of Master Corporal [], although the notification if a player now attempts logging into the Forum with a rank lower than that has not yet been updated, and thus displays the old minimum WO1 login rank. I'll forward it for it to be updated, to avoid any such future misconfusions.

You have the attachment option available (see here). We can already upload our images to a whole different ton of image hosting sites for free (or just by copy-pasting an existing image's link, amongst other available ways already mentioned in the previously-hyperlinked Help Site article), and the latter image-posting process is even way faster (especially now that the image links are auto-embedded by the Forum) and far more convenient (e.g. with direct screenshot uploads to the preferred image hosting site, which are the most common) that the one you're suggesting.

Have you ever been banned earlier in the forum? Or perhaps in-game?

Sometimes it just so happens that if you're banned in the forum you can't log in. It might also be if you haven't logged in the game with that account yet. If you are using that account after a long time then the latter might be case because TO recently "cleansed" the forum user accounts.

It is, though it cannot work with indirect image links (such as those of LightShot in this case, of which you can only post standard links and not the direct images themselves). The OP actually meant that he can't log into the forum with an account whose rank is below WO1 and which hasn't logged in previously. 

The rank limit for entering the forum was recently lowered from WO1 to Master Corporal, but seems to have been raised back again.
