Pro-battles winner determination for CTF

Hello. This is a suggestion for the current Pro-battles with the CTF format that gives crystals as a reward. This will not affect parkour battles that can last for 999 minutes.

After being in so much PRO-Battles that can last forever, I decided something must be done to it in the event of an uneventful battle.

The idea: If there are no flag capture activity for a certain period of time, a countdown to end the battle will start. 

 

Here is an example:

Scenario: Battle have NO TIME LIMIT, first to 5 flags wins.

40 minutes of the battle have passed but both sides have yet to capture a flag. A countdown of 30 minutes will start. If there are still NO FLAG CAPTURE, the game ends with a draw and funds will be split equally between both teams. 

EDIT: If there is NO COUNTDOWN triggered and a side managed to make a capture in that 40 minutes, the timer WILL RESET BACK to 40 minutes. Cycle repeats whenever a side makes a capture, even for the winning team because they might be capable to finish the whole battle.

However, if a side managed to make a capture, the countdown will be removed and battle will continue without a time limit. But, countdown of 30 minutes will start again in the event that there is no flag capture activity in the next 40 minutes. If red team had capped 1 flag while blue capped none, the battle ends with blue team as the victor.

 

Reason why I suggested this idea:

Very simple. None of the losing team members are willing to make an attempt to attack and cap the flag, resulted in a pro-longed battle due to this and will often carry on for hours before another flag is captured, or still the same results. With a timer starting to end the battle, the losing team will then make an effort to attack rather than the whole team camping at base.

 

Custom settings:

These settings will be made compulsory to set when the battle is made. They are:

Duration required to start count-down in the event of no flag activity: Can be set between 15 to 60 minutes.

How long will the count-down last: 15 - 45 minutes.

 

I hope you will consider this idea as flag activity became harder to cap as the new hull augments came in removed burning damage protection, resulted in multiple hard battles.

Besides the fact that making improvements in PRO battles is very low on the priority list, there is a simple reason why this won't happen. PRO battles are meant to be fully customisable games with no forced limitations to the gameplay, besides those required to prevent exploits. If someone creates a battle without a time limit, it's assumed that they are prepared to play for as long as it takes until the game ends. If you don't want to potentially spend many hours in a single match, make sure you only create/join battles with a time limit that suits you.
