buying them is not an option for many players, 4990 is way too expensive and only few can afford it. also, most events that give tankoins aren't even worth the efforts, some of them give very little amount while some give slightly bigger amount but require too much work, not to mention those type of events occur rarely. it will still take more than a year or two to get to 4990 tankoins, that guy had a point, f2p players have almost zero chance to get the hull augment they want, while buyers on the other hand can get it without efforts, either by buying containers from shop or buying augments directly from garage. the gap between f2p players and buyers in this game is too big.

OMG! You listened to the dozens of complains about the previous update! This is a good start.

 

Now, please bring back funds in format battles!

There is no point in punishing every player by establishing no funds. I'm sure you can take actions to block playing with alternative accounts rather than disabling all funds.

We want to improve our abilities AND get crystals in format battles.

That is never going to happen, I spoke to the lead developer about this.

I find it funny that all of the rail/hornet players are whining, when they have arguably the best OD in the game. Ignores drugs, protection, everything. Just load a DD and one-shot everything.

OK, like what besides outright buying them, buying a battle pass, or buying etc. ?  

 

(Please don't include Coinboxes since statistically they take Tankions away from players)

Not that many ways... I had accumulated 500 TK since they were introduced.  Would take a long, long time to save up for 1 augment for 1 hull.  That's just crazy.

Putting them for sale for only TKs is worse than not for sale at all.  We have no realistic chance of buying any.

But now buyers do - they no longer have to gamble on containers.

Although, its I am not a buyer, I feel that tankoins is not that easy to earn for buyers as well, because unless you want to spend a ton of money on tankoins, it ain't that easy.

Well if it's not easy for buyers - imagine how hard it is for non-buyers.

If you could buy tankoins with crystals, it would lose its value and hurt tanki's economy, as good as that sounds, it will never happen. But, there should be some way to get decent amount of tankoins without spending money. I'd say some special missions that reward you with tankoins, earning those right now is difficult without buying

lol, it is the same for every players, if you don't buy Tankoins it is hard to get via the game. However there are ways that help buyers to get these faster. Like it you have a premium account you can spend twice less time to complete the challenge and the 100 tankcoins rewards. It is not much but still twice as fast. All player can get them from the weekly containers but this is a limited allowance and if you don't play much you can't get them. There is the gambling option too via Koinboxes, but I would stay away from this one.

Tankoins is a tool that allow mobile players to enjoy discount without and for TO to minimise money loss due to the 30% fee from Android. It is not meant to transfer crystals into Tankoins, that will never happen ever. 

At the same time it also allows Tanki to raise cost of Tankoins (to follow inflation) with players not noticing too much and keep the cost of equipment the same and - reducing the amount of local prices tag updating. Also it allows tanki to open a little bit the shop to F2P by giving up some in contest and weekly containers. You can buy very few items that you actually can get by playing the game (e.g GB and containers). The only affordable one with real interest would be the Battle pass at 500tk, but that is it. 

The shop remains primarily for buyers.

ok i'm glad they've done something good for once aka letting us buy augments alterations from the garage again but.... wth are with the prices???

if it were only the hull alterations, maybe slightly decreasing the prices would be fine
for turret alterations however, needs to be decreased asap like bruh, that's almost 6x more expensive than ever

What you mean coinboxes. The rarity of even getting 500 tankoins is so rare that it isn't worth the try. I have opened 250 coin boxes and I have never ever received anything above 400 tankoins. You jack up the price of alterations so high that there is no way the casual f2p player can buy them. 245000 for an alteration that used to cost 20,000 is not only ignorant on the part of the developers. Its moronic and stupid to the highest level. Want to play for free without being steamrolled by buyers? HAHA! What is this, tanki 2012-2015? Tanki is a cash cow that whether deliberately or not, tries to milk the player base for all their worth. And yes I get it, the developers need to make money. I completely understand. But the solution is not to release s*ht updates that makes the game pay to win. It is make the game as best as it can be. Because a tanki community with many players and healthy number of buyers is much better than a community of few players with an unhealthy number of buyers steamrolling everyone else.
