Crap no. This Mustang sounds like it would be a bit too all-purpose. Hornet speed with Mammoth armor? That just screams inbalance. Wait for a definate third teir of tank hulls (One faster than Hornet, one heavier than Mammoth, and a difference-splitter like the Viking) before you suggest something like this.

If anything it should be the tier 2 version of the dictator probably alike the dictator as much life as Titan (in this case mammoth) Speed should also be like dictator comparing to wasp (in this case homet) 1.0 more speed at every level for example m0 health 130 speed 8.0 m1 health 142 speed 8.5 m2 health 164 speed 9.5 m3 health 200 speed 11.0 the rank it is unlocked at is W04 cost 4500 at m0

right now the devs are working on 2.0 which is gonna have some major rebalancing. Right now, in the top ranks, only 4 weapons are constantly being used wit the occasional isida and rail showing up. 4/9 weapons isnt a good sign.
