Hi,

I have been trying to e-mail tanki online from last 2 months regarding my forgot password account through this form https://tankionline.com/forms/retrieve/en/.

i have filled this form 2 times in past 2 months but still no reply, they have sent me email to confirm the form each time but when i press that link from my email, it goes to web and open new empty form and i dont know what to do after this this.

There are 2 ways to contact the tech support:

1. Fill one of their forms like the one you sent above.
2. Contact them directly by sending email to "help@tankionline.com" and follow the instructions they will send you.

If you have an issue with the first way so i recommend to use the other one.

You can listen to usual idiomatic moderator responses and waste your time, get confused, and blah blah.

The only solution there is, is to write to help@tankionline.com but specifically state that you have filled in the retrieve form, it has given you a link, and the link is broken. And make sure you clarify that the site is glitched and does not work. (You could also copy paste each question and write the answer below in a organised format and send that to help@tankionline.com - pretty much does what the form does).

If you contact them directly about your problem without explaining the issue, they will refer you to the site as an automatic response. You will be in a loop and waste your time. I think if you really have future problems, write it to help@tankionline.com and explain fully like you did in the OP, they would've told you what to do. You won't get much accurate information except from help@tankionline.com itself.
