Could you introduce yourself?

Hey. I'm Mohammad. I was born and raised in Saudi Arabia but recently relocated myself to farther east of the world.

Why did you want to become a Chat Moderator?
I just recently came back from my time off from Tanki and got the opportunity to rejoin helpers. Shortly after I rejoined the eSports team I saw that chat moderator applications were opened after a while! I decided to give it a try and well here I am wearing yet another helmet doing about my thing I guess. 

Are the chats hard to moderate?

Yes and no. Well from my experience so far one thing, of many, I've learnt is that you have to be responsible with it. There are a lot of things involved while working as a chat moderator and on duty you have to be constantly conscious of the rules, the matter at front and be able to decide what is the appropriate action to take. For some, it could be a challenge but with time and experience, as with a lot of things pretty much, you feel at home with it and it becomes second nature to you. It is a long learning process though, I'll admit, but you'll have fun on the way if you're a good learner!

What was your best experience as a Chat Helper?

Haha, this is something I tend to update almost every day! There a lot of funny tankers out there no doubt and I do tend to be giggling over the things going around on the chat every now and then. I remember this one time I saw a tanker who was convinced that we're in 2020 right now with only eighty years left for the year 3000! I tried to convince the tanker that the math is a little conspicuous and maybe it requires recalculation but all in vain! The tanker was very well convinced with what he got going there. No doubt the tanker was joking but it was an interesting experience.

How long have you been playing Tanki? When did you start?

I've been playing on and off since 2013 and perhaps cumulatively I've been playing Tanki for around 6-7 years.

Something I say around the chats often too - read #rules, do not violate them and have fun!

Awesome interview! I've seen many of your interviews. This one may be the best one yet. I'm seeing that you're learning a lot about asking questions and getting great answers back, so that's a great improvement! I can't wait for another interview with yet another helper. Keep it up, and it'll be on its way to the newspaper and beyond!
