Here is what I've done. I hope that I could be helped a little.

Golden gears was mentioned. On wiki it has See also and Engineer. This has a hidden link to Tankmen day on the forum. I says: ...whole garage(dictator and titan).

Titan on wiki has "The best hull according to the discussion in the ТOF 2019 - Discussion forum topic" and dictator has "...he was also in-charge of the Tanki Newspaper. You should visit that section sometime to see what remains of it after ol' Lhamster's sudden fit of rage left it in ruins." The newspaper leads me to RATINGS but I can't find anything from Titan.

Maybe I can get help from you if that's allowed/possible. Thanks for your time.

Here's what I have now. Obviously came to ask for help if you don't mind.

On the TOF discussion Jade profile is an album and that album has thunder single. Thunder has a link to Material Megathread. 

This has "p.s read the p.s" so you read what is on this topic. Golden wrench image takes you to "To heal and protect" that's isida. Isida has viking hidden. Viking has a picture of it but it's upside down. I'm stuck here.

so apparently the viking needs help and there's an error page at the bottom with a snowflake and this leads you to Sample Text which gets you to a this page about helper/events and there's a car. Am i on the right track? Am I allowed clues from you?

stuck there to. Either snowflake makes a link to frost sprinter or snowflake has no use.

Since the word sprinter is there i guess Sprinter drone has something to do with it.

Description of sprinter : After picking up the flag, the ball or capturing a control point gives the effect of Double Damage, Double Armor and Speed Boost for a short time and repairs the tank.
