invalid Ensuring XP/BP format - nerf all other combinations by 2x/3x in that battle format

So the other day, I decided to purchase the pro battle pass because I wanted to be able to play tanki in the format I remembering it being as (in 2015). One thing I decided to focus on with my new account was the railgun/wasp or railgun/hornet combo, which is synonymous with BP and XP. Of the 3 XP/BP battles I joined that were available on the server at the time, all 3 battles had players that were using combinations other than what was required for XP/BP. Other people were using hunter with smoky, or viking with thunder. These particular players completely destroyed what the battle was originally trying to achieve. Of course, I just started playing, being Warrant Officer 1, but I'm sure this is a recurring problem for all dedicated players at all ranks of the game. At the moment, TO does not have a solution or method to solving this problem. Why have a gameplay mode available in the game when the rules aren't followed 75%-100% of the time? 

My proposed solution to this issue is for developers to create a program that doesn't stop players with combinations other than railgun/wasp or railgun/hornet from entering XP/BP games, but players who do enter these games with different combinations will notice that their tank combinations have been nerfed by 2x to 3x their normal levels. This includes slower reloading times, slower tank speeds, slower turret turning, weaker damage, etc. Every aspect of their tank would be nerfed by 2-3x unless they change to the XP/BP format. 

I'm just proposing a solution to this rampant issue I'm sure many of us TO players are aware of in the game. I'm sure many players would appreciate the developers coming up with a solution on how to solve this issue. BP/XP is one of the major aspects of this game, and is one of the reasons many players are still playing the game to this day.

Either I misunderstood your idea, or you aren't fully aware of the game's features.

When you go into the PRO battles list, you have the option to create a battle. In those settings, you can give the battle a custom title, change a few parameters, and set a format. I believe what you're seeing at your rank is not actual XP/BP format battles, but merely normal PRO battles titled "XP/BP". This is because you can only participate in XP/BP if you have Mk7 modifications of Hornet, Wasp and Railgun, so lower ranked players circumvent this limit by creating a normal battle with just a custom name.

At higher ranks, people play actual format battles, which restrict the equipment you can use in them. It's simply impossible to enter such a battle with the wrong combo.
