misson bug

hi i was playing tanki online and when i wana to click the claim reward button it dosen disapear and stay's what should i do whith this bug admins please help me

As soon as they can, they will get back to you (approximately within 24 hours).

Even after restart today my mission won't reset.  It still shows exactly the same thing.  Where it says "COLLECT REWARD", that has been there for two days.  The same in Flash "Claim reward".  I click on the icon and it stays the same.  It would not actuate yesterday and after restart today it does the same thing...nothing.  There is nothing I can do to make it go back to a normal cycle.  It is stuck and won't change.  Clicking it does nothing and it is blocking my account from getting another mission since that 3 DA  completed mission won't go away...it's locked.  I've written several posts about my problem with no acknowledgement in "Bugs and Glitches" or "Complaints".  I'd like someone to acknowledge that they have passed this glitch on because I'd like to use my account.  I have two other accounts with exactly the same problem....so three accounts with the exact same glitch.

Maxie1 is another player having this exact same issue.  They posted their problem in "Bugs and Glitches" right after me.  My guess is there are many players with this same problem and it is not an isolated glitch.

Please pass this on as soon as you can, I would like to play Tanki and complete missions.  I would also appreciate some sort of conformation that it has been passed on to someone that can do something about it.  Thanks

My experience with Tech support has been nightmarishly frustrating in the past.  I'll just keep my blood pressure at a safe level and not play Tanki for a week or so.  I'll check in from time to time to see if this issues gets addressed without me having to deal with Tech support.  Thank you so much for your prompt response.

I have experienced same bug on 2 accounts. I clicked in Flash, couldn't claim. Then I tried to claim in mobile version, but I couldn't claim it there also.

This happened yesterday.

send newly to tech support a ticket and activate ur ticket by the link will send to ur email and verify it it will fix it soon
