misson bug

hi i was playing tanki online and when i wana to click the claim reward button it dosen disapear and stay's what should i do whith this bug admins please help me

Since your mission bug is still persistent after the server restart, you will need to contact the Tech Support so that they can manually fix it for you. There's no other way.

I meant that after the Tech Support gets back to you, you let us know here if your problem has been successfully resolved, so that we can mark it resolved.

Hey, could you please elaborate? Which version of the game you're playing on (HTML5, Flash, or Mobile), preferably a screenshot of the issue etc.

You can't. The laser will go wherever you look. You have to learn to "hide" the laser.

To begin with, please try clearing your TO client's cache - maybe that will resolve the issue and allow you to claim it. Let me know if that helps.

So even when the daily server restart went by, the issue still wasn't resolved on its own. I see.

You will need to contact the Tech Support via this form, explaining your problem in detail, and they will have to manually fix the bugged mission for you.

 

As for this bug, it'll be forwarded to the Developers.
