What's up with the new interface???

 

I can't find where the battle pass  and product kits are

Turn on Windows 10 game mode(if you play on win 10, not on a noob Mac - )

Go to settings > Gaming > Game Mode > Toggle to {On}

It will help with the crashes and grey screen like for mine. I was so happy because at a point I was fed up at the crashing problem that I almost wanted to leave.

Note*- I am not saying it will work for everyone...

Regarding product kit look in the shop. Product kit with crystals are on the top. They rotate randomly every 12 hours.

Regarding Battle Pass look in mission challenges, they should be a link [Buy battle pass].

It is unbelievable how bad the HTML5 is, it is supposed to be a good thing but no.

They said HTML has less changes to get erro than FLAHS does, guess what I get more erro on HTML than in FLASH, on HTML i can't even join a PRO battle that I got erro, every single time that I left a MM battle it lags so damn much, the screen got gray and nothin on my WHOLE PC WORKS and idk why but on flash i can play 60fps and graphics full, but on HTML my higher FPS is 59 sometimes but the most its less than 50, and this problem it's not with just me, all my friends got simillar problems.

 

JUST WAITIN' TILL FLASH BE REMOVED AND SEE HOW U GONNA ACT WHEN U SEE MOST PART OF PLAYERS GOIN' AWAY

Your problem was the same as mine. Turn on Windows 10 Game mode through settings. It fixed those problems for me.

I find this very silly. How does a downloadable client get -20 fps compared to just using the browser?? What's the point in downloading it then? I had been waiting for this one to drop to hopefully enjoy smooth gameplay, and all I get is just worse performance.

I've never played a battle in HTML5 Tanki. Never. I've tried endlessly but it always says that the server connection was lost. It has been like this for months now.

I am not sure if developers are rewriting the HTML5 client, but I am sure that they are fine tuning HTML5 to make it perform much better on slow computers like old outdated laptops with 2GB RAM.

I wish. The old flash client is still miles better unfortunately, and the browser version of html5 performs better than the client, with no gray screen hangups/freezes.

My friend, the html5 client doesn't break 40 fps for me, and I have 8GB ram. Both flash and the browser version easily reach 60. Flash has also way smoother menu transitions and better camera handling.

Yes, do a search it will be on the internet. 

 

HTML5 is buggy and doesn't even work. No damage is done when playing, once this happens I know game time is up for that period despite clearing cookies, etc. Never had an issue to this extent on flash, even though I prefer HTML5 now.

Missed some of TO's birthday and missions due to this issue, still no fix.

You're wrong. The devs do care, and they work countless hours around the clock to fix HTML5 bugs that occur. You must be patient and wait for them to fix the errors. When you find bugs, report them here in this thread with images to help them diagnose the problems better.

I wasn't able to play the regular amount that I daily play, today.

HTML5 had A LOT of lags, server connection losts, wasn't showing damage, etc. today, more than ever!

 

Please fix up HTML5 or there will be more players getting frustrated playing on this client.

Make sure to keep in mind to improve game performance, and remove lags/errors. Thank you.
