I don't like to install stuff in my C drive, and the setup isn't giving me the option to choose. The previous setup for the Flash version had this feature.

Nice, I never said that. My point is they implement things nobody asked for, which, in my eyes, is remarkable. The whole idea of a forum is to express your opinion, that's what I did. You do it all the time too, we all do. No need to be triggered.

Let's say the majority of players did not ask for OD's, hull augments and a new interface.

I'm neutral on the graphic design - does not offend me, but wasn't insulted by the old one either.

my biggest beef is they've buried things to deep on the UI - need to click multiple times to access what you want.

 

Do what "other stuff" while waiting to enter a battle?  One hopes there's not enough time (waiting) to actually do anything else.

If there actually is enough time to "do other stuff" they should replace that with a pre-battle lobby so time is not wasted in garage once the battle actually starts.

Strange choice of words here. I prefer the new design, the old one getting old fashion and to poor-soviet like. 

They do need to improve the navigation and clicking system.

Pre-battle lobby would be a big plus, but I think it will not cover all the waiting time, you will still have that part where it build the queue and then process it. So quing, processing and then enter the map. This last part when players enter the map, some do it quick and other slowly. This last part to have all online at te same time is missing, therefore I think it is added time to the current waiting time and for those who joined in faster than others.
