Why Tanki x would've been a great game for NON-buyers

Hey guys, in this topic I am going to tell you guys why Tanki X would've been a great game for NON-buyers. So as you all may know Tanki x was a great game and it closed due to marketing

issues. So  guys when I got to know about  Tanki X i thought it would be a pay to win game . So i got the invitation and i hoped it won't be a pay to win game but sadly it was. then after few months they had a new update where we couldn't upgrade our turent's and hull's then I realized that we have to make our tank stronger by playing with it a lot so i played with my favorite meta thunder and hornet. i got it to level 15 i was so happy that the Tanki X DEVs knew what we needed where as tankionline doesn't feel their customers. So guys that's it  let me know what you think. ?

You couldn't win without Top-Tier modules and you could BUY containers to get the modules.

So yes - it was P2W.

I know it's not the main point of your post, but I just want to point out that Tanki X closed due to a number of issues. Marketing was only a small reason.

Meh.... Open beta tester here. Game was fun until arms race expanson, then they went crazy with lootbox progresson (modules) and my old PC couldn't handle the game.

Also the tanks seemed too big imo, if they were smaller it would be better.

Yes that's true but non buyers too can get containers by coming to the game daily and getting x crystals from daily rewards,

it wasn't p2w as long as you played a lot .i quit tanki online and played tanki x full-time .soon completing weekly missions and others i got a lotta blueprint containers and eventually top-tier modules .And i maxed out every combo i used as the modules were applicable for  all the tanks  .i wasn't there in 2019 due to exams so idk what happened near the end but i will always like it more than tanki online -that's for sure

I always wanted to try out Tanki-X but since I didn't have my own laptop for some years I couldn't download it (too small capacity on our home PC, couldn't download new programs). At the time I got myself a new laptop, the game was announced to be discontinued...

Yes and no.  In TX - they were too big - they looked cartoonish.  Did not like their movement nor the camera.

And that's the problem for casual gamers - they really could not compete in TX - unlike in TO.

I'm a casual gamer and I never buy.  But I can still compete in TO.

Would not have mattered.  Had an account for a year and was not happy at all with the game.  IF they improved it any after I quit they waited too long.

Only benefit from that account was the rewards I got in TO for having played TX during the critical time period.

Tell me the ALL reasons why you didn't like it.

This has been answered before in other threads - but here we go one last time...

- Can't choose progression path - it's dependent on random container contents (modules)

- Not suitable for casual gamers - League keeps re-setting players downward unless they play a lot.

- Camera angles and movement was very odd

- Tanks were cartoonish - too big/close to camera and had a goofy, bouncy movement

- Not enough maps

- Then there was the "deserter" status issue.  Punishing players for leaving a battle just never works. Give them a reason to stay.

The best thing TX implemented was the pre-battle lobby. Allowed you to see map before battles starts and made sure that at least at start of battle teams were even.

Not to mention that if you played TX long enough as a newbie, you just get sent to battles where you'll just be used for target practice for those with top tier modules and upgrades because they spent their life into that game.

Just pure frustration for newbies after 2 or 3 battles.

Tell me wolverine then how are the tank's in tankionline like? cartoonish?Or realistic and the graphics are better in tankionline than tanki x??

They were much better before switch to HTML5.  Still slightly better even after the switch.

Movement of the tanks is still better - more like a tank than a crappy bouncy car.
