The play button is not working - I can't join a game

Hi,

I've been playing tanki for some time now and it has been working fine. However, recently on my current account(oweee), the play button and the play mode button are slightly transparent and won't let me click them. It doesn't say that I am currently joining a match... I tried on a different account on the same device and it worked fine and I was able to play, but when I signed back into my oweee account, the same thing happened. I even tried on a different computer with no luck.

I really love this game and any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

If your playing in the HTML server then once you click play it becomes transparent and you enter the battle queue. Once you enter the battle queue , as you said the play button becomes transparent and clicking it will not work unless you leave the queue by pressing exit in the right hand corner.

So you have to leave the battle queue before pressing play for the scond time.

Are you sure you're not in a group?

thank you! i was in a group but I could not leave. so i had my brother kick me  I was in the group with an old account my brother had that he abandoned for a few months!
