Disconnecting from battle

 Share

Question

Hi,

I am angry about disconnecting me from battle by system due to inactivity, because I shoot by shaft in sniping mode and I only move shaft, not tank.
Please make something with this, because  when system disconnect me from battle, i lost score and crystals from battle fund.
This has already happend me several times and I am very dissapointing.

Hello! It is a common feature of the game to disconnect players from the battle if their was no activity from them for 2 minutes straight. There can be nothing done about that. But, if your tank was "wrongly" disconnected from the battle due to inactivity while using "HTML5" version of the game, please report the issue on HTML5 Bug Reports. Many players using HTML5 have reported a similar issue.

Make sure to move your tank every minute or from time to time and you should be fine.

Not moving tank for 2 minutes is inactivity for the game and turning turret doesn't count.

Correct: They get disconnected if they did not move their hull for 2 minutes straight. They get disconnected even while they are rotating their turret and shooting and killing enemy tanks. And while they are in Shaft sniper mode, where you even cannot move the hull at all.

Of course something can be done about that. And something should be done about that. Just count rotating the turret and shooting as "activity".
