also back in my day as in old tanki  i had to vs m3 equipemnt all the time while i was m1 it was that broken becuse of how far the ranks were spread out yall are acting like this is new well no it isint all the old FTP players have suffered this for me about 5 years until i fianlyl got mk3 and got a btter kd per battle 

 

no wonder my KD is so low 0.82 atleast now im getting a better KD above 1 

 

but lucky u espically if your FTP now you can get to legend faster which MEANS less time suffering dieing to buyers 

 

i dont know how that dosnt make sense 

 

otherwise be my guest and wait out this x3 event haha you will be the one suffering in the end beacuse no matter how long you wait buyers will always have better equipemnt  than you, your just dealying the ineveitable and wasting your time

To summarize:

• Due to this update, every player is going to rank up really fast.
• This is highly beneficial for the last few ranks, coz they have to gain a lot of xp to rank up, which gives them enough time to get good equipment (buying or micro-upgrading).
• But for the mid-ranks, it's a big no-no. Coz they'll rank up so fast, that they won't have time to get optimum equipment to survive, and will get annihilated by buyers, who obvio have excellent equipment. 
• For the low ranks, it's neither too bad, nor too good. Those who have low-ranked alts mostly have specialized equipment so it's not a prob. But newbies are so new, it won't hit them until they reach the mid-ranks.
• The best option by far is 2x exp and 2x funds. Coz I guess devs r nvr gonna lower the exp:crys ratio below that.

I agree though, that it's impossible to introduce an update which makes all players happy, irrespective of rank, buyer/non-buyer status, etc., but this update is clearly bad for mid-ranker, non-buyer players, which clearly are the majority.

I urge Tanki to think this through again, and at least not make this permanent.

I love playing Tanki, but does Tanki love me enough?

I have nothing against the devs or Tanki-representatives, just giving an honest opinion.

Ok einstein what you have just said applies to a minority of lower ranked players (buyers) who have the cash to get there garage maxed out and theirin obliterate players of their own rank, and even hold their own against players a few ranks above them.This x3xp is good for you because of your rank if you were say a major for instance, and you came up against let's say my colonel rank you wouldn't be so happy with the x3xp knowing that the beating you just took off me is only gonna get so bad the next time you rank which will be agonisingly quick and hey presto your up against marshals and field marshals because the MM is so screwed up its not bothered about the low rank noob with no protections to match there MK7/8 garage.

The only players this ridiculous experiment will bring are mostly these:

· Legend rank players.

· Players who only care about ranking up quickly, even if it means being at a severe disadvantage later on.

The update is good, staffs care about the players which is something nice.
As a legend this update is perfect for me, because i have no more leveling up.
But for lower ranks every rank that is not legend will be effected by this update, how? well they will rank up very fast with bad equipment, i can't imagine playing against other legendary players with there MK6 which would be so bad.

The best thing to do is exactly doing this: X3 battle funds, X2 XP, if you do this everyone would be much much more happier, and it will keep the game balanced, so i won't face someday a legend player with bad equipment, thank you for reading i hope you just make this small change, thanks a lot again staffs you are doing a great job by listening to the community, we love you.

I have an incentive to not play MM for months while the middle rank players rank up all the way to Legend and those with new accounts rank up to the middle ranks with Mk2s.

Then you have another issue...even more inactive players in battles. Better off not earning any exp in MM battles and do missions like collect supplies or finish battles to keep weekly mission progress ticking over. Progress will be much slower, but it costs nothing but a few deaths as mults pause their way through battles and contribute bare minimum.

No doubt quite a few will like this update tho...can see why. But if it also puts off a few premiumers from buying premium (as it no longer maintains their e-rating barring some exceptions)..then this update will be adjusted. Guess it depends how many high rated players care about e-rating, I guess we'll find out. These guys would also be better off in Pro battles now.

IF it was a straight x2 / x2 boost then this update would make more sense. The ability to choose whether you want this boost or not would be ideal for all.

How very spot on of you. i am currently playing 2 accounts 1 is marshal the other colonel. They are now both on ice (especially my colonel) because of the 3x xp, my colonel is on tier 23 and it's a pity it's gonna have to stay there for the duration. I completed the last challenge on both acc with 3 days to spare. If i were to play my colonel acc i have no doubt i would reach marshal in quick fashion but at the expense of getting nailed far to many times in battles due to my lack of a upgraded garage sufficient enough to take on the higher ranked players i would no doubt encounter due to the well balanced MM that prides itself on putting players in battles where you are out gunned by several ranks. That leaves players like me at the mid ranks with 2 options, no:1 spend at least £100  ((this i have worked out as bare minimum))  on my colonel acc to get it somewhere near fighting fit at the inevitable high ranks i am going to come up against in battle. no:2 Don't spend £100 and wait out this ridiculous x3 xp. I have obvs went with option 2 which is a bind as i wanted to complete the challenge at least on my colonel acc. Nice one devs, in the IMMORTAL words of OLIVER HARDY.......THIS IS ANOTHER FINE MESS YOU'VE GOT US (PLAYERS) INTO.

Can't believe the Devs think it's a good idea to have a significant proportion of accounts just sitting this out.

Either it takes long minutes for the buyer-mid-rankers to get into a battle or they will be playing against Legends - basically nerfing their buying power.  It's just dumb.

well i hope you have shed loads of cash because at your rank you can get every mk7 combo in the shop.If your a non buyer ranking way to quickly is just totally asking to be slaughtered in all battles you go into.Your choice amigo hang fire for the duration are become canon fodder for the buyers.

Just been on a noob staff sarge account for a laff mk6 smokey mk6 titan 1 protection(smokey) tdm we won 61/35 i got 32 kills 2 losses i just farmed cry as i was circling the map until the end of the battle.The kills were a afterthought and only cause i got bored. g/s  5384  the rest of the team both sides combined 7673. MM at its finest I actually did nothing but go after cry for first 90 secs.

NOPE NO POINT TO PROVE  i only played it because of the x3 xp if that silly decision is reversed i will continue on my colonel acc and finish challenge. if not i will just mess around with noob acc  and go after cry until i rank to much and unable to do it.and im not boasting im trying to get point across if the devs want to keep x3 xp np i will continue on noob acc were i spend not a dime and use it simply to kill time nothing else.
