Why do people just kill you over and over on parkour, drug and everything, just to kill others?

If you want to parkour in all tranquility select Private Battle option  when setting your parkour map. When this setting is turned on, the battle you create will not appear in the main lobby for others, only you will be able to access it (it will be shown next to the symbol ). This makes sense if you want to organize events, clan wars or simply battles or parkour.

If you don't want this, you can create your own battle only your friends and take control.

Do what Viking4s said if you want to do parkour, or if you want to do silence then just do private battle with friends.

There are solutions to this, at least the drug problem. Drugs can be disabled in the custom options menu. Also, there are some who will kill because they were killed. If you can establish a conversation with them and kill only the ones who are trying to kill others, then you can achieve quite a bit in public parkour battles. Case in point: these are some screenshots from a rather successful public parkour battle.

There were people killing us, but there were people on both sides killing those people, basically, policing the battle. And communication is key.

But you know the people who can't understand you will do it still, and from my experience its people who speak russian. 

Not saying that all are bad but most of then that i have encountered are...

Killing in Parkour is a punishable offence, but only in specific situations:
