Why cant i log in?

until yesterday everything was fine but today, the remember acc on my device stopped working and it wont accept my password! I wont accept my email Either!!!

Can some pls help me? and im the only one who access this device so it cant be stolen.

This basically means that your account has been stolen. Please contact "Help@tankionline.com" immidiately to have it retrieved. However, one question: How were you able to log-in to forum? I have a suspicion that this is just a flash error. Can you try logging in to the game by mobile version or HTML to confirm?

Also if you have bought anything thing in the account with real money then provide them your receipt ... as this makes things faster and the account will be returned faster.

Sad. Do what @Sacrifice said. That has happened to me quite a few times. The email and form method usually works. If not, gg. Also how did you log in the Forum? It might've been a server error too.

edit: i tried HTML and my acc is stolen. @Maf pls if you see me doing some wierd not-me stuff on the forum, it could be the guy who stole my acc so try to keep heads up abt it.

I dont know! i always keep the remember password option as only me and my brother use this thing. (and no my brother doesnt even play tanki in case you are thinking._

 

Well, ill contact the help then, i guess. (i mean this all happened after i was disconnected from a battle and the solutions did say something about a stolen account.)

 

Also, WHY AM I ALWAYS THE VICTIM? i lost my first acc like it disappeared in thin air and my second one now kicks me out?

Well I hope this gets resolved soon. Please contact help and have your account recovered. I myself have had my account recovered once. It takes time, but eventually sorts out. Good luck!

I forgot my password to this account countless times. It's easy to get it back if you give proper inputs in the form. Also, it's impossible for you to stay online in Forum if your password has truly been changed, even if you have remember password. It WILL log you out. Did you try logging in HTML5?

Then it is mostly an error with Flash on your laptop/PC or maybe an error with TO servers. Hope it gets fixed soon. I still have no idea how you're accessing Forum tho. Good luck. Make sure to tell everyone when you get it back.
