Lost crystals

Question

Ok so I got hacked and lost about 24k crystals and 5k mines and 4 or so golds... Now I sent the problem in help email but I had forgot that I had not claimed yesterday's daily missions and got about 3k then I saw I had lost crystals and found I had lost way more things than just crystals. I gave the picture of my lost mines and golds to tanki and a proof too but I said that I had 7k cuz that was the number of crystals I had when I entered. So is this ok? I mean this won't make the devs think I'm lying and trying to trick them into giving my crystals back right? I don't have any proof I had 22 golds and 31k crystals tho :(

Hello!

First of all, I am sorry to hear what happened. Such complaints are dealt with Technical support of Tanki Online. These are trained professionals and they make sure they are able to help the players regarding issues related to their accounts; hacks, loss of password etc. If they need more information from you, they will let you know. I can assure you that they try their best to help players to the best of their potential.

Guys so ok I haven't gotten a reply yet or my crystals haven't been given back yet so if I started playing this progress will be deleted right? Like suppose I complete a few daily mission and maybe a Weekly then after tanki returns back my things, will that progress be wasted? Or will it be counted

If you haven't received a reply yet, please be patient and wait for a response, it can take a while to check the account. In response to your second question, no, you shouldn't lose any mission progress. If after checking your account support have verified that you were hacked and lost items, they will simply refund them.
