Hello Newspaper readers!

It has been a lot of time since we shared with you guys a YouTuber's interview. But fear not, we are back at it with another episode, featuring one and only @AV-Gamers. Let's welcome our guest and start the interrog- *cough* interview. Let's dive in!

Hello AV-Gamers! Welcome to the interview.

Thank you, it's a pleasure.

Before I start slamming questions, Would you like to introduce yourself to our readers?

Of course, I'm AV Gamers. I'm 19 years old and currently, I am pursuing business administration. I am an EN forum moderator and content helper.

That was a fine introduction. Would you like to tell us when and how you joined the game?

I joined in 2015. My school friends liked to play this game and they asked me to join them and that's how my journey began.

What inspired you to start making videos for YouTube? How did you join the YT community?

Well that's a very interesting story. I didn't even know about editing, recording and uploading things. Before joining YouTube as a YouTuber, I used it only to listen to songs. Then a Tanki friend approached me and suggested me to upload videos on YouTube with him as a channel partnership and I used to upload 5 videos in a month. He sent me only 1 video and I thought to break the partnership with him because of some other issues too. After breaking partnership with him, then I realized that I have interest in making videos and that is when my journey started on YouTube and from that day onwards, I try my best to explore the field of making videos and trust me, I am really dedicated to this task.

What is it like to be a YouTuber, in your opinion?

For me it's really a great experience to be a YouTuber. It's a great platform where you can show your creativity and learn new things. Being a YouTuber is a tough but enjoyable job!

How would you describe your journey of gaining subscribers?

Well when you have zero subscribers you spam your friends, of course. Well, I organized a giveaway with one of my good friend Ghost Animator. At that time I have around 200 subs and Ghost Animator had around 4,000. Then, I started working hard to make good videos and gradually gained a lot more subscribers.

How do you get about making videos? How do you plan, record, edit them? Any specific approach you like to keep?

I plan according to the event going on in Tanki Online. Sometimes, I make videos with changing texture to make interesting content for viewers like Tanki texture and black gold box in Christmas map. About editing videos, it takes a little long because I always try to add some new effects in my videos and for this, I watch tutorials from YouTube.

What software do you use for Recording/Editing?

Currently, I am using After Effects and Sony Vegas Pro for editing. For recording I used Nvidia shadow play. One thing I would like to mention, when I started my journey, I used a low quality PC with Intel Pentium processor, 2GB ram, and it took too long to render a simple video. Here is a screenshot of a 6 minute video that took about 12 hours rendering time from that PC - Click here.

I would like to thank DJade that he gifted me a good quality PC on my birthday.

As well as being a YouTuber, you are also a Forum Moderator and a Content Helper. Would you like to elaborate your responsibilities in these positions?

  • As a forum moderator, my work is to moderate the topics and answer the questions and take care of the forum.
  • As a Content helper, my job is to record videos for players who request to Rent-a-spec service.

Would you like to elaborate on the YouTuber TO program?

YouTuber TO program is the best way to boost your channels.

  • This program helps the YouTuber's by giving them containers in the form of promo codes as well as a YouTuber with over 3,000 subs will get a chance to get press account to make better content.
  • YouTuber with over 10,000 subs get spectator account.
  • YouTuber with over 20,000 subs subs get the special YouTuber Paint.

So overall this is the best program for Tanki Online YouTubers.

How do you deal with all of your work load as well as real life responsibilities simultaneously?

Well, it’s very tough to deal with both of these jobs. Being a student, I don’t get time in day because of my college schedule that’s why I record and edit videos at midnight after finishing all my real life tasks. Sometimes, I don't get enough sleep, but as I already told you that I really love to make videos, so somehow I manage my time.

How do you deal with negative feedback, if any?

In today’s world not everyone is happy with your work. There is always a group of people who dislike your videos or give negative feedback; this is the truth of life but in my opinion, we have to take everything positively. Negative feedback is also a source of learning but I am happy that I get positive feedback more than negative feedback's and it’s motivates me a lot.

What would you like to advise to the aspiring YouTuber's who are reading this?

Yes of course, just don’t give up until you succeed. Whatever you want to do in life just do it with hard work and passion and remain dedicated towards it.

Is there anything you would like to tell our readers and your fans?

Enjoy your life, keep rocking and thanks for supporting me.

qVNr7f1.pngWe hope you guys are enjoying this series. Do let us know in the posts below as to which YouTuber you would like to be interviewed next and what sort of questions you would like us to ask them.

This interviewee is a great example of someone who is prosperous based upon ingenious creativity and innovation. Both interviews in this series (so far) share widely different stories of triumph, one based off of very polished advertising techniques, the other based off of using personal creative attributes to achieve success, which is inspiring for all upcoming creators, as it showcases there are a plethora of possible methods to reach fame and fortune!

Loved the read, might I suggest interviewing @Taspen next, a creator who thrives off of interpersonal relations with subscribers, through live streams and commentary, including face-cam? ?
