@MarineMan2 I can agree with some things with you, but for /vote system and that the moderators every time to come. Here i can not support you, because every time as most of the players when we call moderators and when to us write on the screen: your report has been sent they never come, + rarely seeing the chat moderators on the forum or in the game to do their job. Great mods and admins leave, and then come bad and offline moderators and admins.

Actually... Chat Moderators... work in the chat. Whereas Forum Moderators work on the forum. Being a Forum Moderator myself, I know we are a very active branch of the staff. And far too frequently, our work ends up going behind closed doors, where you will never see our efforts put forth. Aside from that, I'd say we're all rather active in our posting on the forum as well. Regarding the Chat Moderators, I can almost always get on any random server and see a Chat Moderator working. Just because you don't see bans all over the chat doesn't mean a Mod is not present.

Did i said something about Forum Moderators? For me now and for always they are really the best. Appropriate at any time of the day. Responses are fast and clear and can not complain to them because I was talking with hundreds of such players who are doing their job to take your hat off. I see that you may have incorrectly set their what I say or I here these people but it is irrelevant. I'm not sure but I can say with certainty that every chat moderator has a spectator mode for the game and that it does not even use. I was witness to chat to me one guy wrote at least 10 times the word: filip, I asked him who he was and he continued with these words, and then he automatically got ban for 1 hour. Maybe it's not Moderator maybe it's just Auto-System.

I'll be damn (don't take this as the intention to curse/swear,please)..to be honest,I was just trying to provoce exactlly THIS kind of answers,that was the whole point of my writing style,BUT!..I was 101% sure that,as usual,staff member will eighter ban me,or warn me,that I will not get repply as you gave,heck,you tried to answer all complaints here,for that,I salute you,and to be frank,I really underestimated you (your rank,TBH),for that,I apologize,I really do :) I think there is possible light in the end of the dark tunnel called TO,and I would really love to see more staff like you are,in last 4 years I saw many good staff leaving,I would like to continue this sentence,but I must follow topic rules ;) also,I could be banned :D is it possible for this topic to be pinned,as I think many could find it usefull,especially if you guys (staff) will keep watching it and react (answer,or as you stated earlier,clarify complaints/issues)?

*tips hat* I try to do what I can. I never issue bans unless I must, as the power to ban is not one to be toyed around with. In your case, while you did provide some not-so-nice remarks, given the context, and the fact you weren't all too persistent, I figured addressing the point personally would be satisfactory. Though tread with caution in the future, intentionally attempting to provoke a Moderator is a shifty business. Especially because it puts a Moderator in a weak position that you set up with every intention of getting them to do something you would likely criticize later. Beyond even that, you make it hard for the Moderator in the sense that they are trying their hardest and now they are caught in a tangle of attempts to provoke a reaction out of them, and lose sight of what is the truth, what is not, and what should be banned/warned regardless.

Actually, to be honest, I can't think of a time I've ever attempted to avoid a topic on the forum, and I personally love debates, as it revolves around one's mastery of the English language. I am not sure if this topic will be pinned quite yet. We'll see where all this goes, and then perhaps. The prime issue would be that the number of people posting in this topic would go to an entirely proportional number, where myself, even with the aid of my fellow Moderators, would not be able to keep up, or keep track. Furthermore, people would begin to post the same content again, not even realizing it has been said. I personally think that at this point it is better this way, so let's keep it up.

A few complaints here about moderators and the voting system not working. Look at the list of chat mods. There are not enough to cover the community and there never will be. Admins can't approve anyone to do the job, they have to fill a good application and meet criteria.

 

Next point, Moon Silence I miss it too. But it won't be brought back. It's ironic how you contradict yourselves "Get rid of the hackers" but "Bring back Moon Silence" Moon Silence=More hackers, no Moon Silence=less hackers. 

 

Crystal boxes - the devs have made it very clear that they are not being dropped. It's the same concept but they are in the fund. Also people moan about golds not falling. The battle fund changing more increases the chance of gold so technically it is better to not have the crystals drop and instead have them added straight to the battle fund.

 

As stated above, moderators do not wish to get involved with debates on specific subjects. We are here to help you not argue with you.

After removal of Moon Silence, there was a drastic decrease on number of fly hackers. It has only increased recently. They only have time until Devs find the loophole and patch it up. In current situation, the best option is to record a video and report them. Many players are actively doing so while others are creating topics asking for Moon Silence because fly hackers are still here.

Devs are currently under deadline pressure to laugh the unity version along with regular maintainence of this one. This is why they don't have time to analyse the complaints and update the anti cheat engine.

Guys, I speak Russian but I live outside. Several times I put money in TO. It is easy to use PayPal for me, but through PayPal they accept only dollars, I could not understand why, because PayPal can convert to rubles or other currency. Then, I understand the payment in dollars is twice than in rubbles. Yes, guys, we have to pay more money because we pay in dollars or in euro than players who pay in rubbles. I don’t think it is fair!

Do you know how many I saw after it was removed? 3. 3 total in the 2 years since.

 

I'm not saying I don't like the map, I really do like it, I just understand and appreciate the decision to remove it.

Low gravity map=more hacker in this map=less hacker in other maps

bans are way to small for offenders.cursing,insulting,hacking.I am aware that staff can't be on all desired playces at the same time,but I really even see them coming to map,reacting on /vote command :( so bans need to be lot more stricter for offenders,players these days don't know nothing but to swear or insult.hacking is another story too

I would like to speak about strange gaps in moderation between EN an RU community (no discussion),just question,how can RU mod remove player who was using m1/m1 (he/she was generalissimo) from gismo battle,explaining that it was attempt of sabotage (player got 1 hour disconnection from server plus 24 hours ban for sabotage),and when EN mod I aksed to react on same situation,repply was:can't ban because of equipment,player needs to earn for purcahing better equipment
