I don't know why I am even bothering to type this.  I guess at some level it gives me a degree of satisfaction.  Yet, it doesn't change the way that I feel.  In the last several months Tanki Online has become worse and worse to play.  Almost... nay... has become unbearable to play.  The lag is just awful.  I don't know what it would take to fix the problem.  But, I really wish that some time was spent looking into it instead of Tanki X. 

 

I am sick and tired of watching the PING, which I have absolutely no control over, bounce between 91 and 999.  I have played on laptop/WIFI systems and I have played on workstation/LAN systems.  The results are the same for both.  I am tired of watching tanks streak across the screen and bound back like a bungie cord.  Or watch a tank fall over the ledge only to end up back on the ledge and sometimes even behind me.  I am tired of carrying a flag and then for whatever reason I am not.  I am tired of 12 hits to a M1 Hornet with a M1 (MU'ed up to an M2) Smoky...  As the Hornet/ whatever turret combo tears me up.  I am tired of watching my K/D ratio nose dive into the crapper.  I am tired of having to play Tanki Online with the audio off, just to try to improve the game play.  

 

Lets face it I guess as of this moment in time I have no other recourse but to discontinue dedicated game play.  Tanki Online has become a less than enjoyable experience.  I may just find myself only popping in to do a simple daily mission and get back out to keep my progress in good standing.  And to see if the problem has been corrected.

 

Also, in the mean time.  I guess I will explore what other games are out there in the internet... who knows.. one may just catch my eye more than Tanki and I will never return.  Only time will tell

What about new "kick system" which was promised year ago?There is so many problems with mults these days,and there is so little we can do..using /vote is successful in 1 of 50 cases,and even then,staff doesn't react,hopefully,not on purpose..there is big gap in this game. I am sick and tired of seeing my ping go from 90 to 999 this issue needs to be resolve hopefully in Tanki X it will be better.

Just to clarify, the Unity Development team is completely different from TO development team. They have a different CM, different game designers, etc.

Technically it's 'supposed to be coming' as said by Cedric, meanwhile we have to deal with these mults.. =/

The biggest problem are the hackers , every time a gold box drops i freaking see a hacker doing jump hack and ruining the game !

I thought tanki developed an anti hack system !

It depends on the server you play. Once you get a little higher rank you will move over to servers that are less crowded therefore have less lag. Now even our gismo servers have some but not nearly as much as you describe.

Golfinray, oohrah and Semper Fi to you too.  I just think it is a little ridiculous when someone is seeking a little digital carnage from whatever their day may have thrown at them... only to encounter these problems.  I have played through many of the different servers in EN, RU and DE often with the same results.  I guess... hold up... I am going to reserve the rest of my response for the Suggestions and Ideas chat forum... look for it there.

Next in my rank I cant even participate in many of the tournaments I am a middle rank player and I cant even get enough crystals to buy anything I want? Please answer in a timely manner. PLZ fix the thing about reporting and nobody even comes it is really annoying

Only when at least 25% of the players in the battle report someone, battle moderators will receive a notification. That, combined with the fact that Tanki only has 27 battle moderators available to check on these reported battles, makes the chance of a moderator coming to your battle slim.

 

As for earning crystals, there are a few contests/challenges you can participate in, like:

Tanki Thinking Challenge;

Twitter Challenges;

Newspaper contests.

 

There are also several topics where you can ask for/read about useful tips on how to earn, save and spend your crystals, like:

Advice of experienced players to beginners;

What the buy? Which is better?;

The Mid Ranker's Handbook;

How to use crystals effectively.

It's actually sensible. If battles were to be reported to mods only by one players vote, everything would go haywire. Even in bad cases, where the opposite tram doesn't vote against the mult in your team because it's to their advantage, only half of your team has to vote against him to notify a mod(Assuming equal players on both teams). So yeah,I'd say 25% is a pretty sensible number. Neither here nor there.

It's not new. It was added ages ago to prevent people spamming long paragraphs of text over and over again in lobby chats. It was fixed recently to reduce the inconvenience for normal players, but if you are a fast typer, unfortunately you just have to wait out the delay. Or just go to a battle and use the battle chat if you are talking with someone, because the battle chat does not have that anti-flood feature.

I know that it has been around for a long time, but lately it got worse, and I mean not a little bit, I can wait 5 seconds or so. Sad that there isn't any way to fix this :/

Time and time again, Tanki loses many players. I came here, after about a year. Another bad update has been released, causing Tanki to crash and burn. This game is becoming boring. More and more players have left due to this horrendous update. Tanki online just don't seem to care. I wasted my money on this game, but I will spend no more.
