Why is it taking so long for Help to resolve my Anti-Fraud issue from July 30th?

My DCC expired and I missed out on the 50% discount weekend on MUs.

 

This has happened to me 5 times before since December and it had always been resolved within a day or two.

I use the malaysian currency, which is = 2019 RM, in that much I could buy an Ipad, lets say I use it on tanki.

 

2000 crystals, but since tanki steals like 700 or so, lets assume 1300

 

I can buy 1300 crystals 201 times, = 261000 approx, so tell me at a higher level, how many things at best can you buy without sales, or PD's? Considering you buy the cheapest combo, hornet which is 158300 and isida at 166000 that even is going to be 324000, so I literally can buy only 1 thing.

All well and good except that SMS method of buying is meant for occasional small amount of crystals. For larger amounts, you should use Credit Card which has some pretty lucrative offers.

The anti-fly hack system must be reworked. I've seen a player using the fly hack to catch a gold, the system didn't do anything. I jump from the upper part of madness and I get self-destructed 7 times in a row.

This game is on a race to the bottom.

 

It is all about drugs, more so than ever.

 

No wonder the servers are empty. I suppose, for pro games you need decent equipment (lots of crystals), and for a normal game you need lots of drugs.

This game is and has been up to the player if they want to or not use drugs .. no one is telling anyone to buy / use them if they choose not to..this is and will be fully up to u.. now i have seen players go from start to gizmo and take there good old time and there is nothing wrong with it.. i find players who do this enjoy the game more cause they have good friends to battle and play in the games...

 

OK cooper maybe so.

look  like others said he has ways to see if you did posted  here .. for example go to you profile then hit like on the left side and it will pop up all the locations you have posted on since you joined tanki ..go threw your section and if you did post it would say location and post number on the top of the post .. click on it and it would take you to that location .. good luck..

hah,never beleived this topic will made this far..thank you Mr Debono..you finnaly moved this where it deserves,you made what needed to be made "ages" a go :) although some "wanna be staff" and "10k posts but colonel rank" players,together with some mods here had way different opinions about this topic ;) now I know thatwork and idea of @munjamix together with my humble help wasn't for nothing,although the work was intended to improve community :)

It is time to rant about problems in TankiOnline.

 

TankiOnline is cancer. It is nowhere near how good it was a few years ago (prior to the crystal patch, which raised the prices of everything). Although the general idea of the game is pretty good, the way the developers implement various things make us question the existence of god.

 

First and foremost, supplies in TankiOnline are probably the most broken aspect of the game, since players can receive huge buffs to their damage, armour, etc. by simply pressing a key. The first-aid kit idea is also very broken, since players can recover all of their health by pressing the "1" key. The developers were probably drunk when they decided to implement supplies into the game(which is probably the case since they are Russian). This basically forces players to pay lots of crystals to stand a fighting chance of the battlefield with all the "druggers" running around(which gets worse the higher rank your get). So, it makes TankiOnline a pay-to-win game. 

 

Also, why did the devs decide to raise the prices of everything all of a sudden(unless they want more money out of our wallets). Prior to the price increase, grinding for modifications and paints were actually practical(unlike now where most people are forced the buy crystals to stay competitive). It is so much more difficult to do well in a game where half of the enemy team are drugging(your base just gets overrun). 

 

The developers need to actually take criticism from the player base, rather than block it from the forums(check the forum rules if you do not believe me). This really just shows that the devs are just an ignorant bunch of people who refuse the make they game better by listening to players. Instead, they turned a great idea into an absolutely cancer-filled game. Every time I log into TankiOnline(which is rare these days) and play a match, I feel a part of myself dying. 

 

I bet that any TankiOnline player that has played for a while will admit that they would much prefer the older version of TankOnline, where the players are actually in a relatively fairer environment(unlike what the developers call fair these days). Seriously, how can a game be "fair" when paying actual money can give people such a massive advantage over those who don't.

Mods said that crystal boxes were ruining gameplay? They needed damn 5 years to see that? And this gold supply. I bet they will remove it in year 2022, tanki in old days had like 70000 players online. Now even with 30000 players there is constant lag. Tanki is going to hell. I hope mods will see this

Yeah, that is a problem I face, I randomly self destruct when hopping on other tanks, and at practically every Goldbox that falls, there is a jump hacker who doesn't.  <_<

While I agree with your overall argument, I'd have to give you a bit of friendly advice: If you plan to make a convincing argument, try not to stoop down to insults or stereotypes.

And yes, supplies are an integral part of the game. They're the fire flowers, mushrooms, and power stars of the game. You can play the game without them, but it's a big investment and a matter of spirit. You will lose, you will have a low income of crystals. But that's a choice: They give you just enough supplies to be able to defend yourself. The nature of F2P games relies on coaxing money out of you to make things easier, so the fact buyers can have thousands upon thousands of supplies is nothing bad. It's how the game runs.

Please Tanki, don't add new turrets to the game and dont add the hp update. It ruins the fun in Tanki Online for me and for thousands of other people! Also, as much as you are willing to improve the game, adding new stuff like that is NOT THE WAY TO GO! Focus on getting rid of the lag and improving the fps & ping for us! I beg you, please don't! I have become been playing Tanki Online for years and I depend on Tanki as if it is my life!
