Received this after the server updated the second time, also system was hard to open friends and battles . also lag issues were bad , not sure how it is now since I left hours ago..

@I3y1ord, you aren't the only one. Many people are getting it too, including me. I'm wondering what the issue is :rolleyes:

Strange thing is when others got it before the server update yesterday .I have not seen it for over two weeks till yesterday . so not sure what is going on .

@Hate: You lock this topic, but I dont agree with you that this(http://en.tankiforum.com/index.php?showtopic=360858) is for "Ideas and ..."(maybe the part of punishing tanki, but re-enter problem can't be ignored) it's real problem, not only for me, for lots of players. Please check it again. Re-enters are very big issue and players already hate tanki because of it!

(sometimes I got 3 re-enters in same 15min game!)

Due to lots of negative updates(or if you wan'tI could call them with real name: "CRAPS"), I suggest following:

 

1. Change to health supply: since now health box is worthless(90% of used boxes recover ONLY about 30% health, it should be changed to new name "blanks") - refund to all players amount of crystals for stock of health boxes on day of this update!

 

2. For each "re-enter" reward players for stress caused by incompetent developers with 25k for each re-enter got in game - unlimited per day!

 

3. Special case of 2, if Zero is ready and you get re-enter: reward for extra level of stress with 100k of crystals!

 

4. Re-enter in last min - reward of 50k. Not once I drop out, and when i manage to enter again...crystals are already gone...

 

Maybe this measures will force developers to do they job before they completely ruin this game!

Maybe you like to rethink your idea.

It would open up the game to hackers, that force this failure, in order to grab the crystals, no matter how Tanki improoves their code. And let us not forget the tankihelpline spam: "I pretend I had this failure, I have a fake screenshot, I need the crystals..")

 

When earning crystals by crashing the client becomes so easy, we players will end up with more mults then we can ever count..

The only battles that will show up on the battle list are the ones suitable for your rank. Make sure you look on all the servers to find which is most popular for your rank.

There is a bug in the game, when you are driving on straight ground (bridges, ramps, etc.)and then suddenly your tank just "jumps" like there is a rock, and even when u go another time, that "rock" is still there. That mostly happens on edges of a square (i think you know what i mean). I dont have pics/videos, but i saw that in Industrial Zone,near blue flag, Fort Knox, in a blind spot, near middle, on Rio near red flag...

I hope you will fix this bug

Happens due to invisible textures and mostly in Space Mode, developers are aware of it though its unclear wether they will fix it as it would need masses of resources for a relatively small issue.

Because the large rank brackets make it impossible to find low rank battles.

Nothing is impossible, everything is possible ;P. There are some servers which lower ranks only loves to play on. If you go to EU13, EU5 or EU9, you will find the majority of the lower ranks battle with a lot of players. Most of the 12 vs 12, 10 vs 10 8 vs 8 battles are full in those servers.

same battle map , battles right after each other, one battle no score also no mission score , but then second battle all was ok back to normal..

I know your going to say this is a glitch in the system but its been here for so long , why are you not repairing it..

You can try to take a full-screen screenshot, containing the error, your account name in the left top corner, the battle fund in the lower right corner (and if it works the statistics that come up when you press the TAB key - if possible), and send this screenshot to the tankihotline.

 

In the past they took care of such situations; I do not know what they do now. But at least the dev's will notice that.. fast... if enough players come around with that.

Are you sure you are checking the correct email address? Make sure you check your spam folder.

I have never changed my email in tanki

Email addresses have a Junk/Spam folder into which scam emails are automatically placed. Sometimes genuine emails get sent there too so its worth checking to make sure. 

 

If you still don't find the email in your Spam/Junk folder then contact the helpdesk through this form: Application For Account Return 

 

Make sure you select the 'I want to change the email address linked to my account' option:

There's a bug that was posted in P&S a lot of times, got notices but still hasn't been fixed yet, so here it is in this section:

When you join a battle by clicking its link from the lobby chat and then quickly clicking 'Play', it will load for a few seconds and then bring you back into the lobby while your name is still in the battle. Doesn't this need to be fixed? Thanks!
