Don't judge me, I was bored and decided to analyse your arguments.

 

 

 

1) Really? The Module System is so old that everyone has essentially got used to it and learned to adapt. IMHO, the Module System isn't even that bad anymore. In fact, it was actually a relatively underrated update, as its long term benefits were actually useful. Prior to it, barely any of the high tier paints could hit 150% in total protections, now every single M3 module can be MU'd to 150. Also, there's no such thing as a "temporary solution" - the Devs are either gonna "fix" the turrets or not. 

 

2) Wait what? Yes, the players do get to choose what maps they want to play in. *facepalm*

If you're talking about Matchmaking (which you better be because if not, your point is completely invalid), it's not even out yet and what you saw was essentially a 'prototype' - so to speak. This 'prototype' will be amended most likely. 

 

3) LOL. Premium ... OP? It doesn't actually even give a direct advantage. The crystals/EXP gained are earned, just multiplied, more than normal. You can still get Premium from Missions, which is actually rather generous of Tanki tbh. Yes, the game needs to make money and Premium is one of the best ways they can do so IMHO.

 

4) Yes, it's inefficient but Tanki has done what it's obliged to do - it has implemented an anti-hacc system and a set of Moderators. It is our responsiblity to follow the rules. The devs can't spend all their time trying to perfect a banning system. 

 

5) Firebird is OP at lower ranks but you simply have to stay away. If anything, I'd say Isida is OP, Firebird can be left alone. Regarding Twins, I think it's fine - it's basically always been strong, never underpowered. It takes some (not much) level of skill to it and can be deadly. 

 

6) Currently, yes, they are exclusive to the Shop. Though, I don't see the problem with that. You're complaining that they are OP and calling for them to be nerfed yet you want them to be more readily accessible? See the contradiction?


Honestly, I don't really think any of your suggestions are really that necessary. I am not one to blindly support Tanki in all its decisions, I've even made a massive rant topic about Isida but frankly, I don't really think any of your statements have a leg to stand on. ;)

When the module system was introduced it was very good and much needed but now it isn't able to accommodate new turrets at all,  Smoky, Firebird have 40 protections each whereas magnum and striker barely even touch 10.... Is this the ideal module system we wanted? Creating modules for a new turret means adding even more protections to 2 more turrets with it, what's the logic behind this?

 

2.double *facepalm*, Players have the opportunity to create maps they want to play themselves only by buying the pro battle pass... I should be able to complete my missions and be able to play in a map that I love simultaneously. Why is it that I have to play in 2 different maps for doing both the things? The devs will not make it possible to do missions in pro battles but at least they can let us play in a map we want to instead of being given a random map when pressing the battle button. And, I was not speaking about matchmaking, that would need 1 essay just for itself smh.

 

3. "It doesn't even give a direct advantage", yes it does. Getting 80k worth of drugs allows even non-skilled players to get an average ranking in a battle, Idk if you notice it or not but the amount of twins-viking & hornet-rico players who can't even turn their turrets is much more than it was before. What empowers these guys to play on? Drugs and the 2x rewards obviously. A skilled player paired with these advantages is a pain in the butt but when even noobs kill you easily then it becomes a major problem.

 

4. Maybe it will be improved in some time... waiting to see good changes soon.

 

5. The update has given these turrets more power than their predecessors. At first, druggers used to pop a RK and beat these guys but now it seems impossible. The power of the turrets before and after the update is mostly same, nerfing them a bit would preserve the game balance.

 

6.Yes, magnum is OP but that doesn't imply that it should not be available to all players. These 2 aren't even connected to each other.It's not like if a turret is too OP you only make the kits with it available in the shop. That doesn't even make sense. It's just avoiding the problem by making the turret available to a selected no.of users. Best solution would be to change the module system

 

Open to discussions if anyone's interested in taking this forward.

not sure what is now happening ,

 

in the past with the former CM.. I normally received a bunch of discount items to purchase in the shop.. now that he is gone , I have seen less shop cards . I have not even seen a gold box discount ? .. and yea I'm fully aware that its suppose to be random being given to players , I see more crystals cards for what , I have no clue,  why have them when most items now are sold in shop for $$ . why even have crystals cards they have very little use for them.. I see more players battling to get crystals then buying .. remove this unused item...

Does the number of modules that have those turrets' protections really matter? The point is, they can be protected against just as easily.

80k drugs? Where the heck'd you get that? Besides, I'm getting 100 drugs every week from mission chains right now. By the end of the event, I should have at least a thousand drugs. But I'm still gaining 30 drugs every week, so a net gain of maybe 15 drugs a week. I don't see what's wrong with the current drug system. The only thing I dislike about buyers is their M3s at WO5.

I think you missed the point about battles. Battle list is limited if you don't have pro pass, and is generally made up of medium sized maps. I think this is a fair complaint.

 

Who cares if Magnum kits are in Shop? The less Magnums, the better.

Mostly you get long range  huge maps or the odd medium map, all the best maps are removed from non pro pass owners i have to say making create on pro pass was an error it takes the fun out of playing if you do not want to pro pass.

 

I understand why you did this as it means a player wants to get good value for money so they come back to game more often and play longer when they have a pro pass, as you hope they will eventually buy something for real money. Its the long game played to the detriment of what made tanki good in years gone bye.

 

Take a good long look at why numbers fell from previous years what did you change to drive players away? Could it be pro pass changes, could it be the over drive, did it start when you removed  ability to 1234, and oh yes they stay active for less time and first aid is a joke.

 

Hmm how about to many cheats never dealt with ( remove the cheats oh and  you have less buyers ) people have voted with their feet. You say you wish to ban cheaters but you make it so difficult to actually report someone successfully, how many reports are seen with not enough evidence posted on, you put the responsibility on players to report, when in reality its tanki staff responsibility to do this and i don't mean the "volunteer mods". You are being paid to keep this game clean, by many many players.

 

Don't even get me started on Magnum i will say something i shouldn't.

Wait for the Matchmaking system. It will solve this.

The PRO Pass isn't that expensive, anyway Tanki is not P2W or even P2P. The developers have to make a living.

Use the /vote NICKNAME command to call for moderator assistance. You can report violators in the Game Violations section. Make sure you read the section rules before doing so!

 

Don't even get me started on Magnum i will say something i shouldn't.

 

I don't think Magnum is that Overpowered in my opinion, It's hard for me to give you an un-biased opinion because Magnum is my favorite turret.

and on top of that 2500 crys/day = 2500*30= 75k

 

Totalling = 75k + 88500..... Avg buyer earns about 10k crys/week (standard reward), with premium reward = 20k

Final total = 20*4 + 75 + 88.5 = 243.5 k crys / month....... (WITHOUT EVEN THE FRIGGIN MISSIONS)

 

AND U STILL DENY IT BEING OP !?!? I BARELY EARN 60K/MONTH (WITH MISSIONS) !?! HOW FAIR IS THIS? WHERE IS THE LOGIC !?!?!

Math correction: 10 of each supply = 10*4*30*50= 60k 

                            3 RK'S = 13500

                             Actual total = 73.5k

Nonetheless, you still proved your point

I don't care. Did you know 75% of buyers I talk to have over 450k left in their garages? They don't do anything with it. An amount of crystals doesn't matter. Premium works fine. Maybe a 1.5 for the crystals, but otherwise it's fine. Besides; they earn 50% more exp, so they level up faster. That means that they play with higher ranked people much quicker so that their equipment quickly becomes less powerful. You have to hand it to TO, they thought that through before implementing it.

I think I may just take a break from the game until magnum is nerfed. It is just ridiculous and makes the game almost not worth playing. Last Wolfy CTF 3 of them camped as close to our base as they could. Of course we eventually killed them but it took manpower and then they were right back. Just in the process of using the manpower to kill them (which you HAVE to do) the enemy scored 3 flags. Insane! And then they have isidas on them so you have to kill them too.

I mean, if they have Isidas behind them and there are multiple, that's just called good teamwork. Don't see why an Isida train can't easily take them down.

best advice for players is buy paint now...

They already lowered the rank, alright... People were asking for lower paint unlocks, and that's exactly what TO gave us.

I appreciate your comment but you don't deal with the people I deal with. These people have m4 everything with maxed protections. They are difficult at best. The only way you do any good against them is guess right on the protection.

Alright. Although when I do play on my Lt. Col. account, I get rekt by them...

what are u talking about they removed ranks on buying paints long time ago when they changed the prices.. they opened it up to all ranks .. years ago it use to be certain ranks could get certain paints and u had to wait for the rank level to get the really good paints , also back then we had protection added into the paints...

what are u talking about they removed ranks on buying paints long time ago when they changed the prices.. they opened it up to all ranks .. years ago it use to be certain ranks could get certain paints and u had to wait for the rank level to get the really good paints , also back then we had protection added into the paints...

Hasn't been long. You have to realise that devs are still giving lower ranks for every paint.

  • All Garage paints are now available from the rank of Recruit.
  • New bundle “All turrets and hulls M0” added to Shop (available from Recruit).
  • Fixed bug with tank’s semi-transparent state during respawn.

Complaint: Lighter tanks driving under your tank even if they hit you on the sides

 

I don't know if it is a hack or not, but it is very annoying.

The most common cause for this is lag, most likely either of the players have a slow or high latency internet connection. Nothing much can be done from the developers apart from the general optimisations they are already constantly making.

You didn't get my point at all. Battles present in the battle list or made by pressing the battle button do not let the players chose the map they want to play in. Eg. I love playing Island, Hill and Deck-9... But have u ever seen these maps in the battle list (not including pro battles).. The players should be able to do missions and play on the maps they want too.... Read my post again and you'll get it

 

Another thing... Buyers on your rank do not have a lot of things to spend their crystals on, Idk who are these 75% people you are talking about. My clan is full of buyers and no-one has 450k crys just left sitting their acct. Dont give me     facts here. I've seen players on Let.General having m4's!!! Do you think this is fair?  Non-buyers struggle to get m4's even by commander whereas buyers get drugs+crys+m4's at low ranks? Watch youtube sometimes and see how they make noob accounts and get M3's at WO3 Ranks..... Where is the game balance eh? Your point about levelling up 50% faster doesn't even help your argument. The m3's bought at WO3 are good till marshal rank. That's about 8-10 months worth playing and u say their equipment becomes weaker? Smh

Hasn't been long. You have to realise that devs are still giving lower ranks for every paint.

Patch Update #477 - Released 18th August 2017

  • All Garage paints are now available from the rank of Recruit.
  • New bundle “All turrets and hulls M0” added to Shop (available from Recruit).
  • Fixed bug with tank’s semi-transparent state during respawn.

I have. However, paint rank requirements still don't go past WO2, though in the past they went back to Gizmo. Relative to the past, rank requirements have been lowered exponentially.

regardless about lowering them to ranks , I still feel there should not be any limitation placed on paints seeing they give us nothing but a  look to make our tanks look special . if it had protection or something worthy added on to them then ok ranks would be fine . but as they are not , its more a waste having to wait till the rank comes around..

Wow I didn't know this. Last year I asked them to unlock all garage paints but I was told the ranks were in place so players had "something to work towards". I guess nothing is sacred in tanki online.

It's not much.. You can get to WO2 in less than a month.
