On legend account with 47% protection from rail it like 0% protection, since the launch of XT skins. No response from mods, as I posted from my legend account too.

Having 50% protection against railgun nowadays feels like having 25% lol. Literally get one shot even by having 20/20 viking and double armor lol. Something definitely got messed up after XT update. 

 

I'm thinking since I used to have 6/20 on XT viking and 20/20 on the normal viking, after the update maybe the 6/20 MU stayed or hasn't changed but on the screen it shows 20/20? Something went wrong with the coding for sure.

This game has turned unplayable.  Can't enjoy a single match without lag, hackers, teams with no  skill, long wait times to get into a game that is almost over, or bugs where my guns do no damage.

I may not be a mod, but I'm pretty sure this counts as a response nonetheless:

 

The devs have already been informed about the issue, I can tell you that. Hopefully they'll release a fix soon.

 

 

When you get banned for 5 minutes for flood but on forum you get banned for like 15 minutes, why so?

It's because the forum takes a while to synchronize, similarly to how it takes a while before a rank is updated on the forum after a player has ranked in the game.

When you receive premium from missions, it lasts for 3 hours, not days.

Well, the system SAYS it's going to be 3 DAYS. And once in a while, it really IS three days. But usually not. So, some consistency would be nice.

It just happened to me again today. Signed back in a few hours later. Status gone.

Just log out of the Forum and then sign back in again (doing that should "speed up" the synchronization process, thus allowing you to use the Forum again without having to wait the extra, unnecessary time).

my modules are sill not working. please fix i asap. I did not waste so much crysals to MU them for nothing... i would have used those crystals to ge a combo to m4 had i known this would happen.

The minimum amount of premium time you can get is 3 hours.

Where are you getting 5 minutes from or was that a hyperbole?

Today's gripe is that I've idled out of 10 different games so far. Click battle, pick a style and wait 1-3 minutes, load............ You've been removed for inactivity. 10. Different. Times.

 

My download speeds according to speedtest.net is around 80 mbps download and upload. Ping is around 8.

 

It's about to be 11 times as I am writing this.

I just bought the Pro Pass a little over five minutes ago, 4100 crystals were deducted from my account, and yet it doesn't recognize that I have it. All the pro battles give me the "buy the pass" button. Help please...

Have you tried re-freshing the window/client? This normally happens with KIts most of the time then you'd have to wait for a few hours, or until the next server re-start until you get it. Haven't seen pro pass do this before though ;p

I once already had this problem. It ended that you've lost your crystals, because apparently it does that when you buy it and your wife isn't connected or the connection is really poor, so the signal isn't sent and the crystals are automatically removed, but the data isn't transferred to your account, so you do not receive any pro battle pass. Sorry for that, hopefully this can be helpful to you for the next time you're thinking of purchasing one! :wub:
