What is a CM-level complaint anyway?

 

Battles are bad and I think that's bad for the game, so I think that's a CM level complaint. So even if it was renamed to CM-Level Complains, it would be the same.

That feedback has been passed on and we continue to pass on that and similar (relevant) feedback from the game discussion topics, news topics etc. CM-level complaints are the most urgent and serious complaints that affect many players. Unfortunately it's not possible to give you perfect and clear boundaries, but what is clear is that anything that's already in the second post, should not be posted here again.

But wouldn't it be better that all complaints were in one place?

 

And how do devs know what complaints are more common than others? Because you mods repeat the common complaints in your weekly reports, is that it?

 

I just think complaints don't belong in the Discussion topics because you could be breaking the discussion that players are having there. For example players could be talking about what's the best OD in Let's Discuss Overdrives, and then someone just posts an angry complaint that Hunter is useless in Parma.

 

I think it would be better if there was 5 or so Complaint or Feedback topics in this section regarding different aspects of the game, each could have it's own list. Then this could be for very important complaints. Just my idea for better feedback to the devs to hopefully better the game.

I kindly request that if you move our posts you leave behind a note indicating where, because it is practically impossible to figure it out.
 
Further, please, if you delete our post, please leave a note explaining why.
 
It is discouraging to be unpersoned and ignored.

- games crashes  with error message : " an error occured, etc... "

sometimes few times in the same battle,

sometimes you can't even return to the battle so you dont know if you 've been rewarded or not

- vicking overdrive has been really too much nerfed

- same with vulcan nerf

- twin turret self damage/suicide even in overdrive mod

Post here your issues with lags and server instability.

How to decrease the chances of Battle error.

I can’t enter the game / the game doesn't load.

 

- vicking overdrive has been really too much nerfed

- same with vulcan nerf

- twin turret self damage/suicide even in overdrive mod

The latest alterations and overdrives have made almost impossible to complete the monthly challenges. Unless of course you want to BUY your way through it now.... They have also made it difficult to complete missions. No cares about a damn thing but their K/D ratio now. If you can capture a flag/score a goal it is only rare.... Continue the BS developers and you will be out of a job.

Basically you want the OD to be removed? I'm enjoying it.

 

Alternativa trying to encourage tankers to stay online longer by completing difficult missions. We know the effect goes opposite. And that is tankers quitted this game because of this. FOREVER.

 

Well.... I do it by playing Juggernaut. I farmed those kills by targeting tankers who are targeting the Juggernaut.

The biggest problem I'm facing right now, is not overdrives, not with the tanks, but experience. The experience claimed by a player when he destroys someone should be based on how much damage he dealt to the enemy. I roam around shooting tanks and guess what I only get 5 exp when I assist another player in their kill even if I have taken like 90% of their health. Like.. This ain't fair. And the other play gets 15 exp no matter how much damage they dealt. Like this is just really annoying. For example, We tried so hard to kill a dang player who is so annoying, and at his low-level health situation your teammate comes in and takes your kill. And you get just 5 exp for it. Won't you get annoyed? Everyone should get rewards based on how much hard they work.. Please make this a fair game.

 

And another problem I want to discuss is that when there are double funds or x10 gold boxes, Why do you guys removing it for pro battles? Like that's really annoying. I'm talking about XP/BP. Why not enable double funds, etc. on some of the 'Type' of pro battles. Eg. XP/BP. Everyone knows that XP/BP is really fair to play and fun. And I play XP/BP most of the time. I say it's more fun than matchmaking. 

 

And I almost forgot, The length of the battles of matchmaking are too short. Why not add extra three minutes to the game? Like when I start to play Matchmaking battles, It's like Start, and stop at the next minute. God I miss the old normal battles. Anyways, I say that 10 minutes are much batter, or 15, ofcourse. Thank you  :D

In small maps, in PRO Battles, a team with 2 Dictators and a Mammoth can capture flags or score goals with little effort, all they need to do is replenish the Mammoth OD with the Dictator ODs.

 

And the Autobalance ON/OFF option should only be available for Parkour, all Battles should have Autobalance. And Battles should start even or nothing counts, no flags appear.

Don't forget the Isida to help the Mammoth get there without use of OD.  You save that for when you are close to flag and can then brush aside the defenders.

Yeah, a Dictator gives everyone supplies and a Hunter Isida behind that Mammoth, that you can't see it's a Hunter because it's behind that Mammoth untill it zaps everyone.

 


 

I know, all teams can do that, but friends can coordinate and do well, while the solo players have to deal with the noobs in their teams. And I know, nobody is stopping us from making friends either, but the thing is that Tanki should work for everyone, whether you play with friends or alone.

 

I play PRO to have fun, but my favorite maps aren't good anymore, specially with new Overdrives, and ridiculous Alterations, and Magnum...

Kindly make a topic for us to complain in. For general discussion we won't go here, but for complaints about the game, we will.

"Recent updates" is the key phrase - meaning, something went wrong after today's server restart or yesterday's game update and you need a topic to complain about it so it can get to devs asap to be sorted... this is the place for that.

 

For general discussion, suggestions and issues regarding the game please post in topics that are dealing with those.

Magnum used to be the hardest turret in the game, but the reload time went from five, to three and a half, to three, and now its two seconds. Every magnum player is using viking so they can shoot as fast as thunder railgun viking overdrive an spam splash damage everywhere.

 

Mine alteration is broken. I will stay completely still and still get a mine spawned underneath me. This has happen too many times to count. Also I havent a clue why someone thought it was a good idea to change the damage reduction penalty to 15% instead of 25% If anything this alteration should make it impossible to double damage one shot a medium hull even with good RNG damage.

 

The gravitation on reinforced gun carriage doesnt make any sense. Why not get rid of the gravitation and make it charge up to 200% or more in the same amount if time as 100? The gravitation makes it so easy and stupid to use.

 

Because the buffed reload time on magnum, I am seeing more and more booster drone magnums because they can now get two shots off instead of one before the booster effect stops.

Mines shouldnt be invisible anymore

I have a complaint , giving that offside players can kill players as they spawn , this in fact has been in the game forever but I think its time for a solution for where your tank can and cannot go. First off I think putting in spawn zones would be great, this would allow the whole team to spawn on a map in a relatively small space instead of sprinkling them about . I also would think smart choice spawning for tanks that were just destroyed in the same spot should be fixed . The solution to this problem would be a friendly fire zone , in which the tank that is shooting you repeatedly over and over again cant kill you in a no kill spawn, Maybe the game should implement a off side timer , in which if the opposite teams base is overrun , in 1:00 min span the other team would all die and would be re spawned to there side.

Is it just me or is turning the turret in the mobile version a huge pain in the butt? The mobile version's where-the-camera-goes-the-turret-follows mechanic makes it more convenient to not turn the turret at all, and makes Shaft more annoying to use.

Instead of others making a suggestion in a place where suggestions don't belong, why don't you make a suggestion in I&S so we can. This is not the place for suggestions nor to comment on one.

Will you stop it, please. No one cares what the head post says, and most of us disagree with your interpretation of it.

 

We want to complain. This is the complaint book. It is nonsensical to delete valid complaints just because you've seen similar ones before.

 

The game has too many things that make it absolutely unpredictable. That is the result of all the recent updates for months. Tactics don't work. Strategies don't work. Supplies don't help. Mults still exist. Unbelievably bad players exist, either because they are mults or they really don't care. Nothing Tanki is doing tries to address any of that. Your response? Deleting our posts. Your excuse? You've heard it and reported it. That is petty. It is the response of a careless despot. You could simply let the posts run their course. It really can't be harder to check-box a post as nothing new rather than just delete them all.

 

I play evenings in central USA time zone. There isn't anyone playing then. That is some of the point. Plus, max is less than 20,000 now. I remember when it was 120,000 most days.

 

Does deleting posts help encourage players to discuss and work some of it out among themselves? Does it encourage them to actually play?

 

I don't see any way to justify deleting posts that don't violate the rules, and making up rules to justify deleting posts is simply silly.

 

Lags are one of the most persistent and frustrating problems. It has to be a function of the additions of so many graphical effects. New turrets, new animations, new high-rate firing, new sparkles, et al. There is just too much, and it isn't because of my hardware and internet.

 

At my internet's worst, all parameters are far in excess of what Tanki says I need. Sure, I'd rather have hundreds or thousands of megabit-speeds, but dozens of megabit-speed is more than enough.

 

Did anyone ever look into why turning goes wild at times? It happens often. Sometimes it seems to be a lag issue, but other times the tank or the turret (or both) just spins five-times the normal rate. Why? Is it an acknowledged problem? I haven't seen anything here or anywhere else. Do they know what causes it? Is it something I might be able to do something about, or am I at the mercy of the devs and their priorities?

 

You have repeatedly stated you just don't care. You report, and if we repeat, you delete. I don't understand it. It is counterproductive at best. It is discouraging and disheartening. It is unpersonning at its most vile. It is something I just can't image anyone justifying. Pretending to some made-up rule just doesn't cut it.

For the last time, we're trying to use and optimize forum topics to suit everyone's needs. A topic like this one is organized to suit CMs and developers' needs in case of urgent situations that might happen in the game and when swift reaction is needed. Posts that do not fit the purpose of this topic are and will be moved to more appropriate ones. 

 

I implore everyone to use other topics, especially those in Game Discussion to discuss their own perception of the game and post their opinions - good and bad - about its different mechanics. More info about what should be posted where is available here.

Maybe you should start caring about it. If you ignore the rules, posts will keep getting deleted and you and the mods will keep going around in argument circles.
