You must have entered a password the very first time to get to play tanki. Find that password. If you used the remember me option the first time  then it looks like you don't need a password but you actually need to it is just process in the background.

 

Alternatively, use the change password option from the setting, you will need to have an e-mail address linked to your account.

Get the new password and enter the game via the the tanki online site.

 

If none of the above works you will have to contact TO tech support, they would be the only one able to support further in your very specific case. How to write to TechSupport?

EDIT: Nope, it still puts me in battles with players my rank.

well your lucky cause it did not work that way for me on the weekend. it took me to different levels of legend ranks . the only thing I could think of why this happened was due to lack of players for there rank levels.

 

today's battles seem to be way to easy for my lower rank . I seldom get in the top two placements in battles. they might have changed things in the system . I'm not sure

Tbh you sound like you are crying. Not everyone is m4, barely anyone except massive buyers and parkour fighters have all this. And to get to legend you need massive skills, at all ranks people have protection, people have higher mu.Join a battle with your rico, and when (they wont) all of the other team simultaneous takes 50% protection from you, then change. You can't reach legend and have only stock m3s.. and there is 13 turrets and 7 hulls, switch it up like take shaft with alteration and 1 shot them. This game isn't buy rico viking m3, then m4 it and play all your time and cry when people beat you.

Did you back-read at all?  Or jump into the conversation without any clue?

 

I'm not worried about anything.  I have 4 turrets at m3 17/20, so I can swap out if needed.

Plus I have 3 hulls at 17/20 and all the modules, many at 48%.

 

And by the way - I must run into a lot of "buyers" as there are a  lot of players in my battles with 50% modules.

Or maybe, just maybe they are L10+.  Not hard to upgrade items with that much time and in-game income.

Won't spawn in - exit and restart game twice but won't load, just stays at the loading screen.

 

How is your game still so garbage? It's been around for years, can't you just get your act together and make playing it a slightly less frustrating experience to use?

 

You claim to have fixed bugs, but low and behold a few updates the same bug magically reappears. Spend more time modernising the game rather than farming money from its playerbase.

Hey guys,

 

The issue seemed to be with the servers, especially the TO (downloadable) client. It was reported several times on the Forum and the official EN Discord server. However, with the server restart today (04/10/18), it appears that the issues have been fixed and are no longer a problem.

 

If for any reason, you are still experiencing these, please let me know so I can provide a solution.  :ph34r:

The layout of the PRO battles is very bad.

 

The developers introduced map names on the right hand side which makes things slightly better for non-Russian speakers, but why not list the maps in alphabetical order?

guys im very interested why did the developers shorten the time of gold box droping. its way too short, i hate to admit this but ive seen at least 10 goldboxes droping signs and i could barely even get a look at the drop zone, lay away the gold box itself.

The reason is:That before Gold boxes  start dropping at 10 seconds  every tanker could find where is the gold,, and there would be to many glitches bugs  etc,,,, so now maybe around 3/4 tankers can go to the gold  and catch it :D

Back when golds dropped 30 seconds after the battle, they would disrupt the flow of the match for too long, and generally whoever had the equipment best suited for gold-hunting (ie Dictator) would have an advantage. Now with a 10 second drop time, the whole goldbox frenzy is over sooner and players with gold-hunting equipment don't really have an advantage since the gold drops so fast.

yupe still on going . every time i go to change pages it takes me there . i's a a pain today having to constantly see this.

You're right, Bydo. The issue seems to be an ongoing one. It sometimes works and doesn't at other times. It has, however, been reported as far as I'm aware. Keep checking the Forum every hour or so to see if it has been fixed. It should take too long now. :)

yes it has been reported and they said its to do with the old system now showing its age. so after the do maintenance change over hope it works better. lets hope it do's not look like the Russian( have not seen there page for sometime ) or tanki x page . its too white .

The white you are referring to is the Tanki X Forum. The updated Russian (Tanki Online) Forum is very similar to the Tanki X Forum but uses the same theme as this Forum. It is also, in many ways, better than the Tanki X Forum — at least, that is what I have heard.

Why are mission change buttons the same as default "Close" or other common buttons?

 

I think Tanki likes to frustrate players. Make everything the same so when they unintentionally click the change button, because it looks just like the close button, they lose mission progress and get a worse mission.

 

Change color of "Change" button on mission items. Make it bright yellow, or anything different than regular buttons.

 

Also, if a mission is partially completed, add a confirmation for the "Change" selection.
