I want to talk about hackers.

everyone hate hackers, becose they steals goldbox and then we come rage.

Write /vote (nick) and this didn't help.

 

How we need kick hacker ? I can make video when hacker take gold or smth. Did admins ban him ?

 

Pls admins, or moderators help how to protect from hacker !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Perhaps you're informed about the player ~player.name.removed~ if not, I'd like to say a few things.
I'd like to bring to your notice that this player has been offending people for a long time, particularly Arabs. There's more than enough evidence of that so it's no point posting any of it here.
Lately there have been quite a few topics on the off topic section about how she has been offending and provocating people. I know that it's against the rules to post a topic regarding a specific player but this person has been doing it for many months now.
While you may argue that there's freedom of speech and expression, it shouldn't be mistaken for free speech, no right is absolute.
We ought to respect the fact that this game is multicultural and multilingual. I'm not a Muslim so Bacon wouldn't offend me in anyway but speaking on behalf of followers of Islam and the Arab community, it's high time some serious action is taken. Otherwise it sets a wrong example to the community at large.
I spoke about this not because her actions offend me in anyway but because if something wrong is happening, we must speak up about it.

Of course, freedom of speech should not equate to the freedom to intentionally insult someone. As you know, we have a moderation system. If a player insults someone, you need to report them to a moderator. This is not the place to do it.

I wanted to buy the New Years Kit in the shop using a MasterCard. But first I attempted to buy 1 Gold as a test. After entering my details it showed me this. I heard there was BRAINTREE or something was under maintenance, and will be up in a couple of hours.. I was also told to fill out a failed payment form. .. Is the issue with me or tanki? And will it be solved anytime soon?

It's probably on the service provider side. If you've filled in the Failed Purchase form, customer support should be getting in touch with you. If they don't do that in 3 days, please email them.

I feel like this game went too quickly and not enough people got in. Or understood what to do.

The game is rigged in favor of the Russians especially with prices.

Prices are much lower for the Russians on everything. Which means faster rank-up, faster at MUing, getting kits, cheaper drugs and protections.

Already been explained many times before. It's International economics.

 

Then if you don't speak Russian on the Russian servers you are at a big disadvantage because they don't translate. I wish tanki could put subtitles or something so English speakers could know what is going on.

A non English speaker would probably feel the same in english servers. Can't really help it. Putting subtitles or translations is hardly feasible both in monetary and technical sense.

 

It also seems to e that they gang up or clan raid much more than anyone else, which is an advantage in winning games and getting points.

Well, yea. Considering its a Russian based game, you should expect higher russian population and hence more clans/small groups of tankers from Russia. Being in a similar time zone also gives them the advantage of being able to play together. You can try to find such players from your zone and try to play together.

A friend and a few others i think had similar problems. What am I even meant to tell the bank .-. My credit card is fine but doesn't work in one game... :/

What kind of card were you using? And what was the time difference between the first and second attempt? Many service providers have security systems that will not allow you to make more than one transaction in a set time frame. This is to prevent fraudulent activity. In other words, if you tried to make a second purchase too quickly, you might have triggered the service provider's security systems. It's like when a player tries to spam by posting too often. The system stops him.

If you tie your paypal account to your bank account (routing number, account number) it will work. American credit card companies no longer do international transactions because of the level of fraud involved.

Another way from by passing this is...

 

Once you click the the Next to go to your payment - Copy & paste it and sent it to your phone or another device and it should work, since I had the same problem.  Its really easy and just takes an extra minute  ;)

The problem is that tanki closes his eyes on many situations. For example, c_h_a_m_p_i_o_n  a player who have an abnormal ratio (K / D143.95) and nobody does anything.It is clear that this player cheats. Or it is a fake account created by Tanki to push players to buy.

 

In both cases tanki is responsible and does not take action.When we report it has been said we need to take in live player!

 

Again Tanki does not take his responsibilities. As it is obvious that the player and instead of following up on the player you close your eyes.
